Do we need to supplement with Vitamins and minerals?

The very short answer is YES! We do need vitamins and mineral supplements. And this very much will depend on the quality of as well as the foods we regularly consume, the environmental poisons around us and drugs western or otherwise that we ingest. (Suggestions at the end of the article).

Please note, the information provided in this article is a general guide. If you have specific needs because of symptoms, please contact a professional for advice.

It would be lovely to think that all our nutritional needs can be met by our diet. The reality is that we live in an epoch whereby in our ‘hubris’ have chemically corrupted most of our food sources. And, we have been indoctrinated into loving foods that are congesting and damaging to us long term.

Let me start by sharing That we are the only creatures on this Earth that have lost the ability to discern what our dietary needs truly are. And here we be, needing to be told, and relying on others to tell us what we should eat for our health.

Are you sure hay is good for me? I saw some crows eating pizza and chips.

Here is a quote to make this point, “The British Government spends over £30 million a year educating people about the merits of eating five-a-day. The British Medical Association claims GP’s spend around 2% of their time educating patients on the benefits of eating healthy and the five-a-day mentality.”

Can you imagine a cow asking the farmer which type of hay it should eat? All creatures on this earth have a DNA template to find the food that is right for them according to their state of health.

Our need for Vitamin and mineral supplements will depend on our diet and be influenced by chemicals within them and what the animal is fed on, and/or mineral content in the ground for both vegetables, and grass. Western medication as well as chemical and mineral pollution in our environment will also impact our body’s needs. Processed foods are another matter that requires their own paragraph.

LETTUCE DIET

For example, if you have a vegetarian diet, you will have foods with a great profusion of minerals and vitamins. However, The vegetable kingdom also contains anti-nutrients such as oxalic acid that will take away many of those nutrients from your ingested meals. This is quite apart from whether the vegetables are grown organically, GMO, pesticides etc.

Being a vegetarian or vegan also carries its own deficiencies that need to be addressed. For example, You will also require B Vitamins that are found in eggs, milk and (grass-fed) beef. Mushrooms can give us B vitamins excluding B12 which can only be produced by bacteria. Such as in fermented cabbage.

Fermented cheeses

Then there is the issue of K2, a fat-soluble vitamin that works in synergy with Vit D3 (sunlight) and calcium giving us strong bones and a healthy immune system. These are found in fatty meats. K2 is also created by bacteria in fermented cheeses and Soy.

If your diet is carbohydrate dense -likely as a vegan/vegetarian, You are probably deficient in vitamin C, for although there is plenty of vitamin C in fruits and some veg it is bound with the carbohydrate. And, your cells will absorb carbohydrates rather than vitamin C.

Value of the Major Vitamins and Minerals

Carnivores do not produce vit. C in their livers, (that includes humans!) There is sufficient Vit. C for their needs in meat. But herbivores or anyone that eats carbs do, For example, a goat can create up to 13 thousand milligrams of Vit C daily.

If you have gone back to eating as a carnivore, your requirements will be different depending on your state of health prior to making the change.

Let’s start with processed foods. You cannot rely on the added minerals and vitamins to supply your needs. A breakfast cereal may say ‘fortified with extra iron, for example. It sounds perfect! After all, we need iron in our cells to move oxygen around the body.

Unfortunately, iron filings will add to your constipation. The human body can only truly process and absorb what is ingested in a bio-available form, and this applies to a number of minerals. “Fortified with minerals and vitamins” sounds good, but overall quite useless to the body, which requires bioavailable ingredients for effective absorption.

The following are the major minerals that depending on one’s diet might need supplementing or adjusting

Calcium: we all have bones and teeth, so we are pretty well stocked up. However, on a plant diet, oxalic acid can leech calcium from the food and our bones.

Iodine: Primarily associated with the thyroid hormones. Nevertheless, most internal organs and glands also require it.

Iron: Loads in a bio-absorbable form in red meat. Vegetables contain it but, the body can hardly absorb it. Vegetables also contain anti-nutrients that inhibit the absorption of minerals.

Magnesium: Super important for the human body. Most people are deficient in this mineral. Leached by oxalic acid in vegetables and nuts, and very low in meats. We need it for nerves, muscles, the immune system and biochemical reactions in the human body.

Potassium: Low potassium causes irregular heartbeats, oedema (swelling), brain damage, etc. many fruits and veg. contain lots of potassium. Although much of it is robbed by the oxalates in the food. Red meat also has sufficient potassium for one’s needs.

Phosphorous: it’s in our bones and teeth, and in most foods. It is most problematic When eating processed foods. The naturally high amounts of phosphorous in them need to be expelled by the kidneys. This can be damaging if the kidney function is already impaired, as in Type 2 diabetes, for example.

Selenium: trace mineral. Indispensable for a huge amount of hormonal and bio-energetic processes in the body. Used to be abundant, but modern farming practices has created a deficiency in the soil in way too many farmlands worldwide.

Important for the immune system, very low levels will affect the heart muscles, also swelling and joint pains. You can look online to find out if your country /area is depleted. Although, if you buy from a supermarket, will you ever truly know?

Sodium: Ideally the form of sea salt is important, however, it depends on the state of your kidneys. Too little salt and you will get muscle cramps, too much -doesn’t bear thinking about. Blood blisters in the mouth, bloody nose, high blood pressure etc., So what is right for you? Frankly, it depends on your diet, if you are a carnivore one pinch of salt a day is probably sufficient as meat contains salt in the tissues. Between 1 and 3 gm a day.

Zinc: Incredibly important for epithelial cells such as lungs and digestive tract, needed in cell healthy functioning. Easily found in red meat, poultry, beans, nuts and whole grains.

Manganese, Copper, and molybdenum are all present in red meat in average amounts, and readily available in nuts, seeds, and vegetables.

Sulphur: a very essential mineral for the body which will be found in plenty in Nature. You will never get too much Sulphur from eating meat however, you can theoretically overload if you have too much ongoing sulphur, the following video will inform you better.

What Vitamins and minerals do we actually need to supplement?

Because the requirements of Vitamins and minerals are different according to diet. I will break them down. I am also going to make a recommendation for supplements that are Bio-available. That means the body will treat them as ‘food’ to be absorbed. Rather than the chemical vitamins that are added to foods, or many of the vitamins that can be bought in the market.

For the past thirty years, I have mainly consumed and recommended BioCare products. Yes, they are more expensive than cheap chemical imports from other countries. The old adage of “You get what you pay for” applies here.

As an example, I used to buy Vitamin D3 very cheaply on the net. And I still came down with ‘flue’ I became suspicious because my wife who was spending quite a bit of time in the garden did not, even though we slept next to each other.

I consulted with ~Charley who told me The Vit D3 was inadequate and when I pressed for more information directed me to the BioCare one! The first one was £3-4 for the year, and the BioCare one, was about £18 for the month! (Ouch!!) So I gave myself a little pep talk. “Go on you old skin flint, good health has no price ” 🙂

Good quality Bio-food state vitamins and minerals that your body will absorb are not cheap. In the UK with BioCare if your order is over £25 delivery is free and delivered almost the next day. When you make an order at any time, You will get 10% discount off your order, and you will help with my costs on this website too if you input the following Practitioner referral code.

Referral code : P9358

[Add code when you first set up an account with BioCare]

Since we live in the Northern latitudes, we need to supplement with Vit D3 for a good 8 months + of the year, especially me as I spend a lot of my time indoors. I have never looked back since upgrading to the proper D3 from BioCare. (1 D3 4000iu per day)

So, regardless of diet, most people need at a minimum an average of 20 min. everyday whole body sun, longer the darker your skin i.e. complete ebony 40 minutes a day whole body. If you don’t get this level of Sun exposure, you will need to supplement.

Vegetarians /vegan Need Vit D3 + K2 – to be consumed with fat for better absorption and dispersal. (1 drop a day under the tongue)

Methyl Complex for Vegetarians/vegans. Don’t neglect this! I have met a number of people with terrible nerve pain because they were extremely deficient in B Vitamins. It contains all 8 types of B Vitamins, my suggestion is to take this variety, it is water-soluble and one drop a day is a good maintenance dose. The capsules/tablets variety can repeat in the Stomach.

This is not so widely known but vegetables, nuts, and some fruits contain oxalic acid (an industrial strength cleaner for its ability to bond with calcium, iron, magnesium, and other minerals including Vit B-12) The body can deal with approx 150 mg. a day anything over gets stored as crystals in the body but not before floating around in your blood! One-quarter cup of spinach is equal to approx 700 milligrams. So it is very easy to over-consume. the oxalic acid in green veg, nuts, sweet and normal potatoes, beetroot, and beet leaves will rob your body of any minerals in your blood!

Magnesium citrate, for all food groups. I will recommend 1 to 2 capsules a day, with meals. Super important for the nervous system and other bodily processes. I suggest the citrate variety because oxalates will bind to it. Oxalic acid will bind like a magnet to essential minerals in your body, and hence it is very easy to be mineral and vitamin-deficient when a vegetarian, even though the plants contain many nutrients.

Calcium Citrate For Vegetarians/ vegans who eat, or have eaten, a lot of high oxalate foods, see pdf. with the content list, I would also recommend for the same reasons as above. 1 to 2 capsules a day with meals.

Iodinefor all food groups, 2 drops a day. Unless you eat a lot of seafood, and to be frank, you need to be suspicious of anything that comes out of the ocean, especially if it’s big and has been around for a while. Most fish are now farmed and fed soy and antibiotics. Or, they have eaten smaller fish and have accumulated mercury in their flesh. Some people have iodised salt, and others eat seaweed. But, for the rest of us, our thyroid as well as the rest of our hormonal system requires it. See also iodine def. in embryos.

Seleniumfor all food groups, 1 capsule a day maintenance dose.

We have a veg plot in our garden where animal bones were buried by a vet in the early 1900s. My wife eats home-grown veg, she has no present deficiency. I only eat meat from my own cows (we are in Fife, UK) I need to supplement because the fields have no significant amounts of selenium, so my meat is lacking in this important trace mineral.

Zinc Citrate For all food groups 2 to 3 tablets a day

If you have leaky gut syndrome, (how do you know? – Fungus infections, allergies to foods floaters in the eyes, headaches not due to stress, depression for which there is no obvious reason, gout, gut disorders and many more).

The body has a greater need when there are viral or bacterial infections. Also, if you have eaten too many oxalates over the years and, even though you may have stopped eating them, your body will have a greater need for zinc. The citrates on the above list will bind with Oxalic Acid, and stop it from robbing your body of minerals as well as minimise the potential for subsequent Kidney stone formation.

As long as you were not Type 2 diabetic in the making before turning carnivore. You will generally find sufficient zinc in meat, but you need to have been already healthy for a while before changing.

Trace Minerals one drop a day For those with processed food diets, High oxalates or transitioning away from high oxalate (vegetable) diets.

BioCare Vitamin C

Vitamin C This is a complicated issue if you are Vegan/ vegetarian or even eat meat as well as carbs, have infections or take drugs, recreational or prescribed. Then you most definitely should be taking Vit C. Don’t take Vit C. with your carb meals. Your body will produce insulin to mop up the carbs and drive them to the cells. The cells will intake the carbs rather than the Vit C which is a very similar structure to carbohydrates. Best to consume a few hours before or after a meal.

How much? A good maintenance dose is 1000 mg. a day, this can be taken in two 500 mg, capsules if you are fairly well saturated and or 1000 mg. if your need is higher. Your body will store the excess Vit C until it can’t use up any more. The only way to know how much you need is that if you have too much, it will give you a loose and insistent bowel movement. At which point you would stop and start again a few days later at a slightly lower dose.

I have had leaky gut syndrome for many, many years, the only answer is to remove the offending items to give the guts time to heal, this can take years depending on the damage.

When I became a carnivore, I read that Vit C was unnecessary as meat contains enough. So I stopped taking it. It was a huge mistake, and twice I had visible signs of scurvy that was even affecting my eyes. It was a mistake because I still had a damaged gut, as well as was still having a bit of fruit (carbs) now and then. Today, after one year of no carbs at all, I no longer need to take a Vit C supplement. For if I do, my liver will convert it to oxalic acid (which comes out through my eyes as morning sleep crystals).

Meditational exercise on sensing, chakras, aura, and imagination. Part 2- internal organs

The internal organs

Hopefully, you have already been practicing Meditational exercises on sensing, chakras, aura and imagination – Part 1 for a few weeks. If not, that would be a good place to start.

In this session, we will focus on the 5  major internal organs. It would be worth your while to look at videos online that show you what the internal organs look like.

A cow’s internal organs are very similar to a human just much larger.   It helps to have something to visualize that you can relate to. For example: A liver is brownish with a hint of red. It is soft yet sort of solid; it is warm and hints at moisture to the touch.

The kidneys are fist-sized with separate globules linked up; they are brownish with a hint of red. And yellow. They are soft in the outer parts of the globules, yet harden somewhat toward the centre, and they are warm/wet.

The lungs. Their texture is somewhat slimy /sticky to the touch, yet the sensation is dry and cool. They are soft in an elasticated way

The spleen. It is not dissimilar to the kidneys in function; its purpose is to filter the blood, destroy old blood cells and platelets, and monitor for foreign bodies and generate an immune response if necessary. It’s a bit smaller than a kidney, but it can expand if it needs to, to act as a blood reservoir.

The heart is dense and solid, and likely to run hot and dry

Meditational exercise for the 5 internal organs

Preferably sitting cross-legged, it will make it easier to connect with the feet

You may well benefit from a notepad and a pen/pencil to make notes at the end. Such as what is your experience of the kinesthetic sensing of the different organs? How do the organs feel to your inner sight? Are any particular emotions evoked in you as you work with the organs? Any unbidden images or memories? Track the changes, if any, over the month. Keep the information to refer to in the future as we proceed with exercises still to come

Focus on your face and smile with the outer corners of your eyes and lips, and feel a warmth in your heart. Sense inside your forehead in the 3rd eye seat of your imagination.

In this exercise, we will use both visualization and Imagination. To visualize is to create an image from memory. To imagine is to allow ourselves to go into a dreamy state where we do not control the images.

SPLEEN

Part 1: fingers, feet, and internal organs

Spleen– Hands and feet – Right middle finger touches left 2nd. toe,  tip to tip.

As your Right Middle finger touches your Left 2nd Toe, focus on the Spleen just below the left side of the diaphragm, towards the back of the left ribcage, and just above the left kidney. Smile to the Spleen, sense it in your body. Imagine and sense with your kinesthetic hands the spleen held in the palm of your hands, surrounded by a bubble of bioelectric field. hold this for about 1 minute…. Move on to the second organ and repeat.

LUNGS

2. Lungs – Hands and feet –  Left Middle finger touches Right second toe

Focus on the Lungs, Smile. Imagine and sense both parts of the Lungs with your kinesthetic hands surrounded by a bubble of bioelectric field. You may briefly focus on the right lung, then focus on the left lung, then both of them together. Move on after about 1 minute.

KIDNEYS

3. Kidneys–  Left  Forefinger touches right middle toe

Smile to the Kidneys, half covered by the lower ribs on either side, middle of the back, cup them in your kinesthetic hands, sense the surrounding energy field around both of them. You may briefly focus on the right kidney, then focus on the left kidney, then both of them together. Move on after about 1 minute.

LIVER

  • 4. Liver –  Right  Forefinger touches left second toe

Focus on the Liver largest of the organs, just inside your lower right ribs. It fills the cavity and points across your middle towards the heart. Smile, hold it with your kiesthetic hands, and imagine the bioelectric field around it. Move on to part 2 after about 1 minute.

Part 2: internal organ, Aura, sensation

In this second part, using our kinesthetic hands, we will connect with each of the organs in turn,  sense their relative bioenergetic fields or auras, and re-energise where deficient as appropriate.

In this second part, we once more connect with the organs In what is called the Generating Cycle in 5 elements Acupuncture, hands resting on the lap will be fine. Please note (for Acupuncturists) that the order between the lung and spleen is changed from the Acupuncture 5-element cycle, which follows meridian connections. This is on instructions from ~Charley.

1. Starting with the Heart, smile, cup the heart kinesthetically, massage it with your ethereal hands, pull the aura in all the directions up, down, left, right, forward, backward, does it spring back? Does it surround the organ evenly? Any parts missing? How do you feel about your heart? Take about 1 minute before moving on to the next organ.

You will repeat this with each of the organs. Take note if any are not completely balanced or at peace emotionally. We will address this at the end. This is where your imagination, with practice, will inform you of the true state of your organs. Best to allow yourself free rein to dream

2. Follow with the Lungs   and repeat the above

3. Follow with the Spleen

4. Follow with the Kidneys

5. Finally, follow with the Liver

Part 3: Support for any internal organ that is deficient, if required

Were any of the organs not quite right? Did you get a sense that the aura was deficient or out of alignment? Did you feel less than positive about any of the organs? If so, look at the picture to the right.

If the Liver, smile with complete acceptance and massage the aura from healthy parts of the Liver to the part that appears deficient to your inner sight, use your kinesthetic hands, the liver is the only organ that will not get help from any of the other organs.

If the kidneys, they can be energetically nourished by the Liver, which one? Connect with the liver smile and, via ethereal hand, kinesthetically massage its aura and extend it to the relevant kidney(s)

If the Lungs, which one or both?, they can be energetically nourished by the Kidneys, smile and move the energy upwards from the kidneys to surround the relevant portion(s) of the Lungs.

If the Heart, connect with the Lungs and extend its aura with the kinesthetic hands, remember to smile.

If the Spleen, we bring the energy down from the heart as we smile.

Again, you don’t need to spend more than a minute or so on any one organ

Part 4 Conclusion

Finally, to end, quickly connect with all the organs starting with the heart, following the generating cycle, on completing one round. Attempt to sense all the organs jointly and smile to all of them at the same time.

Now, BE’ your internal organs, connect with their smile, BE’ aware of ‘YOU’, and smile from your internal organs to this sense of you. Finish when you are ready.

Meditational exercises on sensing, chakras, aura and imagination – Part 1

Part 1

In a world geared towards instant gratification, we easily get bored and lose interest. Yet to make progress in any discipline, we need to appreciate that Understanding is a process of repetition, cumulative experience, and insight.

Experience is only meaningful when we are present in our bodies, and insight requires us to have been present in all three centres: body, emotions, and mind.

The purpose of the following exercises, which will be divided into a few separate mini podcasts, is to help you connect with your body, your chakras, your imagination, and your aura as a prelude to aid in your psychic development.

Your focus, attention span, body awareness, and capacity for placing your consciousness within parts of your anatomy and in time beyond your body will, with practice, also increase. With body awareness and the ability to focus on your muscles and structure. Your health will also slowly but surely improve as you learn to release and stop the accumulation of physical tensions.

Meditational exercise – part 1, connecting with our structure and 5 of the chakra segments.

Choose how to sit: lying, semi-reclined, upright on a chair, or cross-legged. You want to be comfortable but not so much that you will fall asleep! So it is preferable to keep your eyes open, relaxed, and unfocused.

The Process

*We will divide the torso and head  into 5 segments

At each segment, I will be asking you to imagine yourself behind yourself and with your etheric hands to connect with various bones, organs and tissues. I call this kinesthetic sensing.

So, let’s do a little practice run

Bring your hands up in front, parallel to each other.  Place your focus into both hands, then bring them towards each other slowly. Do this a few times.

Now, with eyes closed, repeat the exercise by connecting to the frontal lobes as you imagine going through the various moves with your hands. Sense the energetic pressure. Relax

Try this now, touch your nose with your etheric hand, notice the increase in sensation in your nose. We will apply this principle as we connect with body parts as a means of generating sensation.

The Hands Position

If that wasn’t enough, I want you to place your finger in this configuration, which you will maintain for the initial 10 minutes

We will aim to spend 2 minutes at each of the 5 segments. That will take 10 minutes, then for the last 5 minutes we will link the third eye with the heart.

Smile to the eyes (soften them) and smile with the corners of your lips.

Focus on the frontal lobes behind your forehead, sense a little pressure, and relax into it. This is the location of the 3rd eye. Our imagination. And gateway to our unconscious

Step one

Imagine that there is a large fabric plaster stuck to your forehead now. Use your etheric hands from behind, one hand will support your head whilst the other, coming around from behind, will pull and peel the plaster away.

Etheric hands

  1. 1. 2nd segment: from inside your forehead, focus on your lower abdomen,  between the belly button and the top of the pubic bone

Begin with your lower back between the 4th and 5th lumbar, sense them, then move forward through the small intestine, bladder, ascending and descending parts of the colon. Direct sensations are what we are after.  ‘Be‘ your first segment. Lose focus? Go back and connect once more. Distractions are inevitable. Keep going back. There are many nerve endings in the lower abdomen. Connect with them; it doesn’t matter if you can’t identify their exact location

2. 3rd segment: between  the belly button and the bottom tip of the sternum (Xiphoid process)

Bring your awareness to your spine from the 3rd lumbar up to the 12th thoracic ( which is the bottom edge of your ribcage. It is enough to get a sense of them rather than identifying them individually, and spread your senses outward to the surrounding involuntary muscles.

Spread your sense forward through the tissues,  the lower edges of your ribs, both sides of your internal organs, colon and small intestines towards the front. For now, it is sufficient to just get an overall sense of them. With soft eyes, smile to the whole of the 3rd. segment

3. 4th segment:  come up to the heart, see it from your frontal lobes within your forehead. With soft eyes, sense your heart, and if you are really quiet, you might sense the thumping of your heart in your ribcage. There is a magnetic field surrounding the heart. Smile as you gaze with your inner eye and sense it, be one with it. Smile to your heart, cup it with your etheric hands.

Sometimes it can be easier to sense the heartbeat in your throat arteries. If you succeed here, you can explore further and sense it beating inside your belly button area.

4. 5th segment: The next compartment is to do with the throat chakra, which incorporates the lungs/space, upper back/ shoulders, as well as the lower part of the neck up to the Adam’s/Eve apple.

We’ll start with the spine from T11 up to thoracic 1, smile, sense, with your etheric hands, sense each vertebra as well as the ribs connected to each vertebra around the body towards the front sternum. Relax into the intercostal muscles.

Relax and connect with the shoulder blades and shoulder muscles, drop them, and let go.

Come forward to the lungs, sense them, smile as you follow their path upwards to the bronchial tubes and your throat

Now put it all together for this 5th section and smile to the entire rib cage, lungs, shoulders, and throat up to the Adam’s apple all at once.

5. 6th segment: From the throat, shift your focus back to the spine to the cervical, there are 7 of them, but you can sense them all together. Put your etheric hands around them, cup them, and smile. Come forward to the lower jaw sense it with your etheric hands, move up to the hinge between lower and upper, sense your cheeks, nasal cavity, orbital bones around the eyes, move back towards the ears to the temporal bones beneath. Backwards to the occipital bone and cranial bones above. Descend into your brain, smile and move forward to the frontal lobes, into the third eye once more.

6. From the third eye, come into your heart once more. Connect heart and third eye. Smile from the heart, expand to encompass the whole of your body, front and back. Be aware of your breath, but don’t interfere with it. Yet sense you lower ribs, and allow them to expand and contract with your breathing. Whilst continuing to focus on the whole of your body

If you find yourself getting stuck, focus on the out-breath.

The Spiritual History of Humanity: Descent and Ascent Over 10,000 Years

Today, I invite you to contemplate with me the spiritual journey of humanity over the past 10,000 years—the soul’s descent into forgetfulness and its gradual rise toward remembrance.

The Harmonic Universe

Our universe, with its planets, stars, and galaxies, emits harmonic vibrations that permeate all matter—organic and inorganic alike. These vibrations foster life and consciousness. Creation itself is composed of vibrational energies, with the 3rd Dimension of Matter representing just a small fraction. As physical forms range from minuscule bodies to vast galaxies, so too do souls vary in complexity, some embodying entire galactic systems within this dimension.

These consciousness harmonics originate beyond the 3rd dimension and are amplified by stars and planets, sustaining the cosmic symphony.

Temporary Harmonic Distortions (T.H.D.)

Approximately 10,000 years ago, a significant disruption—Temporary Harmonic Distortion (T.H.D.)—emerged, not for the first time in humanity’s long evolution. This T.H.D. peaked around 5,000 years ago and began to subside, reaching a low point in January 2025. For the next 15 years, our solar system may enjoy harmonic alignment within the galaxy, though the distortion is projected to persist for another 450,000 years, with possible periods of relief (a speculation I attribute to ~Charley).

I’ve adopted the term Kali Yuga from the Hindu Vedas to describe this challenging phase affecting our solar system. The T.H.D. can be visualized as a bell curve: intensifying over millennia, peaking 5,000 years ago, and declining to near zero by early 2025.

The Impact on Humanity

This distortion dehumanised us, plunging humanity into a state of mechanistic fear, violence, and barbarity. Traumatised across incarnations, many souls forgot their divine nature. Opportunistic entities—low-level soul energies I call “Critters” (or Archons for the past 2,000 years)—fed on this fear, further entrenching ignorance.

Yet, amid this darkness, reason and compassion began to emerge. Some souls, despite the spiritual gloom, inched toward the light over centuries. Early beliefs in cruel gods—reflecting humanity’s psyche—arose from fear, demanding sacrifices for thunder or famine.

Awakening Through Writing and Philosophy

With the reintroduction of writing, a few coherent souls questioned humanity’s relationship with the universe and the divine. They observed kindness and morality alongside brutality, hinting at a lost essence. Plato introduced the concept of the Demiurge—a craftsman who created the world—suggesting it worked with imperfect materials, explaining humanity’s distortions.

By the time of the alleged Christ, spiritual awareness grew as seasoned souls resisted the T.H.D. However, religious movements, seeking truth, were often hijacked by power-hungry “Critters, read “Do evil entities possess humans?” a challenge that persists today.

Gnostic Insights and the Demiurge

Between the 1st and 4th centuries, Gnosticism proposed a true, unknowable God (the Monad) and viewed the material world as a trap for the divine spark within humans. The Demiurge, now identified with Yahweh or Yaldabaoth, was seen as a false creator—akin to Satan—crafting the 3rd dimension to keep souls ignorant. Many semi-awakened souls turned to asceticism to connect with the spirit, though this too became a trap; the soul thrives in acceptance, not denial, or partial engagement with life.

The Role of Astrology and the Archons

Nighttime stargazing elevated planets and stars to the realm of gods, birthing astrology. Negative events linked to planetary movements fostered the idea of Archons—servants of the Demiurge—ruling the seven planetary spheres to enforce this false reality.

The Seven Archons

Each Archon governs a planetary sphere, influencing specific traits:

  • Saturn (Yaldabaoth): Arrogance, blind will
  • Jupiter (Iao): Control, moral law
  • Mars (Sabaoth): Wrath, judgment
  • Sun (Astaphaios): Pride, delusion of power
  • Venus (Ailoaios): Desire, sensuality
  • Mercury (Oraios): Trickery, language
  • Moon (Adoneai): Emotional illusion

Their influence seems evident in today’s world.

Neoplatonism and Catharism

Between the 3rd and 6th centuries, thinkers like Plotinus reconciled Gnostic vilification with Plato’s views, portraying the cosmos as an emanation of the One, with the Demiurge as a neutral function. Later, the Cathars (12th-14th centuries) in Italy and France rejected the Catholic Church’s materialism, seeing it as ensnared by the Demiurge. They believed in a New Testament God and sought salvation through the “consolamentum,” a deathbed rite, but were destroyed by papal pogroms.

Modern Explorations

By the late 19th century, focus shifted from magic to psychology, with figures like Carl Jung and Gurdjieff blending mysticism and science. Gurdjieff suggested that all Earth life, including emotional energies like fear, feeds the Moon—perhaps an Archon influence—emphasising awareness to overcome mechanical nature. My 30 years of self-observation link the seven days leading up to a full moon to increased accidents and emotional reactivity.

Jung, from a psychotherapeutic lens, explored Gnostic ideas, viewing Archons as traits of sociopathy or psychopathy, rooted in suppressed emotions and a superficial persona disconnected from the Self.

The Present: August 2025

Today, chaos reigns. Power structures push agendas—Agenda 2030, carbon reduction, meat bans, climate fear, pandemics—to control and reduce populations. Yet, beyond mainstream narratives, a growing number of semi-awake individuals see through the lies about food, health, vaccines, politics, and history.

The Kali Yuga, the Demiurge, the Critters/Archons, and the Moon’s mechanical influence are real, as is the spirit within you. We have 15 years to bridge the gap to our hearts before harmonic distortions resume.

How Archons/Critters Operate Psychologically

  1. Mimicry over Creativity: They imitate, not create, fostering conformity and feeding on parroted beliefs.
  2. Fear and Division: Fear shrinks awareness, fragmenting the psyche into shadow(unconscious drives) and persona.(superficial ego) with little room for Self.
  3. False Light/Identity: They disguise as moralism or religion, promoting “goodness” over wholeness.
  4. Gaslighting/Inversion: They invert truth, making the lifeless feel safe and the alive feel wrong.

The Path Forward

It’s time to move beyond religion, politics, and dogma. Look within, connect with your true Self. The T.H.D. has paused, offering a window to your heart—but self-hate, blame, or fear will keep you trapped by the Critters. Detach from your ego’s mask, observe dispassionately, reconnect with your body, and embrace all emotions to reclaim your spirit-sense of Self.

How can we hope to know ourselves?

0

There is so much that we need to understand about the power of emotions. For one, it is the equivalent of a bell boy that sends information to any part of the physical body to go into action, to eat, to relax. Its power and influence grew as our primitive systems became more and more complex.

The real question would be, now that we are greatly evolved and have acquired the capacity for self-awareness and potential independent motivation. Who or what gives the orders to the bellboy? After all, can one serve more than one master?

As it turns out, our bodies have become a battleground between two masters: our genetically programmed imperatives and our minds’ acquired programming to navigate the world with.

And make no mistake, it is a raging battle. The casualties are physical symptoms and disharmonies, psychological damage/disturbances, suppressed emotional abilities, and disastrous relationships with others.

Side effects of our internal battles have become reflected in our environment. Because we have stopped listening to our genetic programming. We have lost our ability to recognize what is good food or drink for us. Hence, we poison ourselves. with drugs, chemicals and a whole variety of non-foods.

To make matters worse, we have poisoned our environment, not just physically but also mentally, with competing belief systems that create rigidity in all who imbibe them. be they religious, political, historical, scientific etc.,

Emotions are at the centre of the turmoil that affects all human beings. Learning about them and experiencing them fully is central if we are to free ourselves and heal our bodies. The following three videos are an introduction to this central pillar of being human.

Emotional Baggage -1, Part 11

Emotions define humanity for better or for worse. And yet we don’t appreciate how we are enslaved by them. We carry some of them unprocessed in our unconscious, little realising how much they affect and rule our lives because we do not differentiate between real emotions and reactions to emotions.

Emotions and the body-2. Part 12

Detach yourself and watch Humanity, we are the walking wounded. We suffer from all manner of physical ailments, and we are trapped in our fear of what is wrong with our bodies. One of the primary reasons is our unawareness of the emotional effect on our bodies when we react and do not allow our bodies autonomy of expression. We seek spiritual growth beyond ourselves, yet our bodies are a fertile ground for experience as well as insight.

Emotions & the Mind-3. Part 13

Emotions are at the centre of the tug of war between our genetic DNA instructions and our mental programs, evolved to protect us as we grow up. To have any chance of truly finding out who we are, we need to shine the torch of our consciousness on why we believe what we believe, as well as the hidden emotions that will interfere with such a process.

A little more on the True Humans, their ships that are already here, what is involved in how people will be picked up and transferred to new planets in 2044

I don’t claim that what I share is the truth, but it is true to me. Your choices are to ignore, reject, accept or, for the more savvy amongst you, do none of the above.
I suggest you watch, listen and leave with a question mark as in maybe? and wait for more verification and experiences with which to decide. For it will become obvious within ten years.
In this video, I share more info on the True Human #Aliens, their mission and purpose with regards to that part of mankind who are to be helped.
