Have you a skin problem or, is it a diet issue?

Skin problems

The greatest magic illusion created by Western medical /Pharmaceutical interests has been to convince us that labelling a disease followed by issuing pharmaceutical chemicals to control the disease is labelled as ‘health’ management.

I say it is an illusion because 95% of all illnesses are the direct long-term result of eating foods that are damaging to the human body, either because they are to a greater or lesser extent poisonous, or, damaging by their lack of or absorption of nutrients whilst temporarily assuaging our hunger.

Most of the foods we buy are processed foods. They contain poisonous seed oils (Vegetable oils), chemical preservatives,(to kill fungus and bacteria), chemical colourings, too much sugar and or too much salt. There is more, but will come to this later.

Of course, we cannot truly blame the pharma industry, the chemical factories, or the processing plants any more than we can blame the politicians who rule over us.  For they are our creations, or should I say- reflections of our collectively created reality.

Here is the problem, 98% of humanity, is psychologically and emotionally traumatised, existing in a state of ongoing fear and anxiety, at war with themselves, disliking and even hating themselves as they project their traumas onto the collective unconscious. And the result? … well, we can see the results that have been escalating over the past 23 years.

Light therapy for eczema

My last article was on Eczema, which I duly posted on Facebook amongst many other portals of information. One person commented by stating that her eczema symptoms had disappeared after 6 sessions of ozone therapy. She appeared to struggle when I pointed out she was removing symptoms, not the cause. Her response? I have been told it is an ‘autoimmune disease’. I assume she found the labelling a comfort.

And there we have it in a nutshell, label a problem and now our mind is at ease, for the experts have identified the symptom! The cause doesn’t go away, and the symptoms will return, BUT, she can always go back for another course of ozone therapy!

My Daughter who has suffered terribly with eczema for a long, long time, would go for sunlight therapy, and the symptoms would also go, when she was desperate she would take steroids, and they also ‘helped’, of course, there were side effects …. But, that is another page on the illusion of big Pharma/medical.

So we are talking about the skin. In Eastern medicine, the skin is like a third lung, which helps to get rid of toxins. I doubt that in the whole of human history, there has been such a proliferation of skin disorders that we have increasingly been experiencing for the past 70 years.

Some of the problems are a result of insulin resistance which arises primarily out of long-term ingestion of fructose, carbohydrates, and seed oils, these affect and damage the mitochondria (energy motor) of the cells.

Skin Tags

Skin tags,  skin discolourations,  acne  (pus-filled spots on faces and upper body),  and lipomas( fat deposits under the skin).

As part of the process of insulin resistance, the liver, Kidneys, arteries, and heart are also affected.

Liver spots,  and for the kidneys –Nose bleeds, blood blisters in the mouth, and dark rings and bags under the eyes (staying superficial).

But there are other ways in which the food we eat damages us. Most vegetables contain oxalic acid (plants create and use it to hang on to calcium for the eventual seeds), some of them in excessive quantities beyond our ability to process. Oxalic acid can be considered to be an anti-nutrient because of its magnetic-like ability to bind with calcium, iron, and many other minerals.

The liver also generates a small amount of oxalates, but the body when overloaded does its best to dispose of it and will use Vit B12.  The excess oxalates from the diet are deposited all over the body as a crystalline structure, some close to the skin surface, this can give rise to various symptoms such as a painful vagina, eye floaters, easy bruises and sharp pains when rubbing the skin.

poisonous lectins in Castor Beans

Then there are the lectins, a protein that is usually on the skin surface of seeds as well as in the kernel of the seed. This protein has a unique ring structure that will not be broken down by stomach acids. However, washing and boiling the seeds will destroy most of them, unfortunately with some plants the lectins can be extremely toxic.    On the plus side, most lectins will bind with different types of sugars inactivating them in the digestive tract.

Once the lectins have breached the gut barrier and get into the bloodstream they can generate all manner of mayhem in the body as they confuse our immune system into attacking various parts of the body, for example:

severe nail fungal infection

Fungal infections – in nails, feet and hands, athlete’s foot between the toes, in the vagina, groin, under breasts, and armpits.

There are two types of eczema, those that arise from lectin damage as a result of leaky gut syndrome, and those that arise from damage to the large intestine as a result of eating dairy.

We can also get skin damage because we neglect to provide our bodies with the necessary nutrients, and/or because we eat too many oxalates and lectins that rob our bodies of the necessary ingredients for growth and repair.

dry lips, lip sores, mouth ulcers or Herpes simplex in various parts of the body a lack of sufficient Vit B,

Viral blisters on the skin, – due to a deficiency of essential minerals

Dry skin, – lack of animal fat in the diet and or Zinc

Linoleic acid is another name for the oil in seeds – commonly mislabelled as “vegetable oils”.  These are extremely damaging and dangerous to the human body, primarily, because as soon as the oils are separated from the seed they combine with oxygen, create free radicals and when ingested generate oxidative stress in the cells. And ultimately in conjunction with insulin damage the mitochondria in the cells.

It is fair to say that there is conflicting research out there. Please bear in mind that seed oils are a huge cash cow for manufacturers and farmers alike, and the lobbies involved in maintaining a certain narrative are very powerful with governments. We all indeed need a little Linoleic acid, better known as omega 3, even a cow that feeds purely on grass will contain a couple of % of linoleic acid which is roughly what a human being needs. However, eat a pig that has been fed on seeds to fatten it, and its linoleic acid content in the fat could be as high as 35%. The same goes for chickens.

Humanity was never afraid of the Sun until the last 100 years to coincide with the mass production of hydrogenated fats. Today it is a booming industry as more and more people become light sensitive and fearful of skin cancer.

Sunburn – consumption of seed oils (linoleic acids) damaging the mitochondria, making one light sensitive.

Oily skin is also due to seed oils.

There are a host of internal problems all related to foods which I will mention in passing such as high BP – a mixture of damaged kidneys from too much sugar, and Atherosclerosis (hardening of arteries), a mixture of lack of Vit C in the body inner lining of arteries, damaged as a consequence, Cholesterol comes in to fill the damage. Narrowing of the arteries ensures we then wrongly blame the fats consumed, rather than the carbohydrates, that stop the intake of Vit C by the cells.

I began this article by stating that 95% of human illnesses are the primary result of what we eat or fail to eat. You might wonder where I get my percentages from, they come from ~Charley, who I channel and work with, in health matters with clients. However, the acknowledgement that Metabolic disease is the primary cause of illnesses today is gaining prominence.

What about the other 5 %?  2 % is the result of unnecessary human drug intervention, ½ % is genetic and 2 ½ % is due to direct unresolved emotional stress affecting the hormonal and structural system of the body.

And yet, Western medicine treats most illnesses as though they can be cured treated with drugs.

Western medicine is a one-trick pony with a hammer looking for a nail. Listen to the following:

In conclusion, most illnesses as well as pretty much all skin problems in human beings are the result of modern processed foods, as well as a lack of adequate nutrients. Many people dismiss the taking of vitamins and nutrients by saying a healthy diet should contain all that our bodies need. This is a fallacy, not everything labelled healthy is good for us.

Modern farming methods with fertilizers have denuded the ground of essential minerals. Even cows raised for meat are only as good as the grass they feed on, and many these days are not even fed on grass for very long.

If you truly are healthy without any skin issues, build-up of fat in the lower abdomen, or gut issues (even bloating I would define as a gut issue), then great. Otherwise, I would recommend a diet of a minimum of two red meat meals a week, some eggs, low oxalate vegetables and roots, with the occasional not-very sweet fruit and use beef dripping for cooking. Avoid gluten, and high glycaemic foods and make sure you have Vitamin B 12, iodine and Selenium.

Can Eczema, Psoriasis be caused by diet?

Eczema is NOT Genetic.

Eczema the Emotional Dimension.

Eczema the Physical Causes – Small Intestine.

Eczema due to Large Intestine Damage.

Psoriasis.

In conclusion.

One of the most common and distressing health problems in our Culture we describe as eczema, Western Medicine loves to label anything and everything that goes wrong in the human body, so Western medicine has Identified 8 different types of eczema.

Eczema can be acute – the skin color goes very red, or chronic – non-contagious skin inflammations that as well as being red, are itchy, with eventual lesions discharging serous matter that becomes encrusted and scaly.

· The 8 types are Atopic dermatitis,   Contact dermatitis,  Dyshidrotic eczema, Seborrheic dermatitis, Neurodermatitis, Nummular eczema ,   Stasis dermatitis, and Hand eczema

Essentially the Excema can be divided into two types Immune system reaction to objects in the environment and from deep inside you. The underlying causes remain constant. There is a third type of skin condition that arises purely as a result of deep emotional disturbances and the skin goes red but there is no itchiness.

Eczema

Eczema is highly distressing to both the ‘victim’ and to any carers, be they parents, partners, or friends. I say victim because that is how it is experienced, as an ongoing, relentless disturbance where the only temporary relief comes from scratching even though you know that if and when you break the skin you will succumb to infection and yet you are helpless to do otherwise.

On this Earth, all experiences by human beings have a purpose and meaning however distressing. Eczema is a unique situation, in that it affects your sense of self-worth and for many, it is the equivalent of being a leper, imagining that they will be shunned by their peers because of how they look.

The frustration generated is a self-feeding cycle. Where one ends up angry, frustrated, despairing, and cut off from one’s heart. Quite apart from the ongoing pain and lack of sleep.

Eczema affects all strata of society starting with the very young. With some it comes and goes, with others it is there when young never to return, and with others, it links up to a whole lot of allergies and even asthma.  Is humanity cursed? Or are there solutions?

Western medicine is very matter-of-fact – eczema is the result of genetics or stress.

But children get it! They are not victims, or emotionally traumatised (yet)

Eczema is NOT Genetic

According to ~Charley, a 12th-dimensional Soul that I Channel.  Eczema is NOT genetic. Starting with children one main cause of eczema is the preservatives and Adjuvants added to vaccines which create damage in the digestive tract, a risk that increases with multiple vaccinations, and these days, babies are bombarded with multiple shots in the first couple of years of life (in America I believe they are given up to 50 or more in the first few years of life).

So here we have a lottery, for once the intestines have been damaged the child is more susceptible to lectins in seeds, ordinarily lectins can be soaked and boiled to get rid of most of them, lectins will also combine with certain sugars nullifying their action, however, once they have infiltrated past the gut barrier into the bloodstream, they can travel anywhere in the body. The lectin protein can gravitate to the skin cells as well as the lymphatic system, the immune system gets involved generating self-damage. So what a child eats will matter greatly.

As long as that child does not go down the Western medicine route, of antibiotics and steroids they have a good chance of recuperating if their diet is ‘healthy’ – will touch on what constitutes a healthy diet a bit later in the article.

And yet, I did say that all experiences have a purpose.  This won’t go down well with some parents, although there is no blame or judgment here by me. Yet, according to ~Charley, the baby’s soul had agreed to the experience prior to blending with the fetus for the value of the experience to the parent. Err.. surely the parent needs the experience as much as a hole in the head? I know this is difficult for some. Yet, distress is a powerful force to edge us closer to waking up to the truth of what we indeed are.

trapped I Quicksand

So we move on to adulthood and eczema either arises out of the blue or follows us like a shadow.  And then we go crazy going hither and dither, searching for a magic cure, and in our anxiety and desperation, we just about try anything and everything, But….. nothing truly seems to work, apart from temporary relief by taking steroids which is like making a pact with the devil for your soul. It is like walking into quicksand once you start to sink, almost impossible to extricate yourself from.

Eczema the Emotional Dimension

So before getting to the nuts and bolts of eczema, we need to address the mental and emotional repercussions. Whilst eczema itself has a physical cause, It feeds a self-destructive mental and emotional loop that needs to be addressed and come to terms with if we wish to free ourselves from our nemesis.

Our egos are fragile things. We constantly need reassurance that we are okay and accepted by the group. At a deep level in our DNA, we are programmed with the imperative that safety lies in being part of the group.

We look at ourselves in the mirror and judge ourselves as ‘unacceptable’, we may not be able to vocalize such thoughts but our frustrations and anger at our relentless itching, subsequent suppurations, and crustiness of the skin, lead to only one place -self-disgust, and at times, even hate for our skins. Truly, when in this place, we are the archetypal victim and our skins the oppressor.

In my early days with ~Charley, who was helping me to be a better healer facilitator. I had this one case of Eczema with my daughter where it became blindingly obvious that negative emotional self-perception was blocking any progress. This is quite apart from diet or the need for healing from internal physical damage.

I share this that you may appreciate that thought precedes emotion, which precedes the physical body. And I have an active interest in aiding you in your quest. For it is impossible to alter our perception of reality for the better without self-love and self-acceptance, as this is a prerequisite to connecting with our hearts.

Eczema the Physical Causes – Small Intestine

Let’s assume you have heard and appreciated what I have shared. Your eczema still has a physical cause divided into two sections.

Oxalic acid crystals

1) Leaky gut damage in the small intestine. Some time past, your gut lining has been damaged, possibly via the ingestion of toxic metals, the most common being aluminum, closely followed by lead. Alternatively, or in addition, eating wheat (oxalic acid in the wheat).

Once the gut lining has been breached, lectin protein in the seed will go through the permeable gut blood barrier. They could cause mayhem (inflammation), in any part of your body from organs to glands, to muscles, tissues, bone joints, and even the lymph glands. Different Lectins have an affinity for different types of carbohydrates, once they bind with sugar molecules and enter the cells the immune system will now tag those cells as foreign and attack itself.

So if you are unfortunate your immune system will tag your skin, and we will label it eczema. The answer to small intestine damage is to ascertain if you are still ingesting toxic metals and remove any possible contamination from the food, followed by a change in your diet whereby you remove all inflammatory foods to give the small intestine gut time to heal.

As with all wounds, the body wants to heal, but if you keep breaking and removing the scab don’t expect it to heal any time soon. Realistically This could take anything from six months to years depending on how good you are with your disciplined diet, the nutrients you provide your body, and how soon you can get to a comfortable mental and emotional space where you can look at yourself kindly and feel love and acceptance for yourself at the bare minimum.

There are times when the picture is more complex, as in the need to forgive someone very close to you, with whom perhaps you feel victimised.

Eczema due to Large Intestine Damage

More challenging perhaps Is when the damage is done to the large intestine, more commonly in the descending colon.

This solidified mucus that has taken the shape of the colon, is unusually extreme and will take a long time to solidify, BUT it happens!

The colon is an interesting organ, its main present-day function is to reabsorb minerals and salts from digestion. Occasionally we eat something that the body considers to be poison,  and wants to rid itself of it straight away!  By flushing through and voiding all contents.

We are alive today because our ancestors survived the experiment of eating some poisonous foods. Somehow they managed to stop the colon from reabsorbing the poisons back into the bloodstream and, they genetically passed this protective mechanism to us.

Today if we ingest poisons, our colon will generate a coating of phlegm /mucus to stop the reabsorption of the poisons. The same poison is likely to generate mucus in our sinuses so that they will feel blocked.

Cottage cheese

Modern diets are full of poisons as far as the colon is concerned the most likely culprits are dairy products from a cow such as milk chocolates, cream, butter, and fresh unfermented cheeses such as cream cheese, and even though the individual may have the gene to break down the lactose their body may still react adversely.

This sticky coating of mucus will build up slowly, and some of it will be removed by eating roughage, but, because the person will continue to eat the damaging food primarily because they become addicted to it, this build of mucus will, over months and many years thicken and eventually solidify.

solidified colon mucus

Bacteria will be trapped between the colon wall and the phlegm, which over time will irritate the colon wall as well, and the bacterial toxins having nowhere else to go will be absorbed into the bloodstream. These toxins find themselves being taken to the skin to be removed, and the cycle of redness and itching begins.

So what is the answer?

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is not eczema, and yet the cause is the same as eczema – as a result of leaky gut syndrome. Namely, lectins get through the blood barrier and activate the Immune system. The answer to Psoriasis is ascertaining what foods one is allergic to and deleting them from the diet as a prelude to healing the leaky gut. The same is true for eczema if the damage is limited to the small intestines, although occasionally eczema could involve both the large and the small intestine.

In conclusion

I mentioned earlier that I am a channel for a 12th-dimensional soul, whose purpose is to help people connect with their hearts and, if you have been suffering from eczema for some time, it is even more challenging than for the average person.

A little while back one of my clients was suffering from eczema and when I asked I was told it was from damage to the colon, this in turn prompted a whole load of questions from me that led to a whole load of information being transmitted on the nature of eczema and how to help.

~Charley provided me with a road map that involved doing a fast for 8 days plus the taking of a herbal mixture whose ingredients and proportions he shared with me in a precise sequence. To be honest, there was always that smidgen of doubt as to whether it would work, but work it did! And my client did a little video diary.

Subscribe to my YouTube Channel

We now have plans to start Retreats in 2024 to begin with we will focus on eczema causes that involve damage to the colon as these will involve fasting and the taking of special herbs to expel the mucus. We then hope to expand to retreats due to damage to the small intestine, which does not involve fasting.

The focus of these retreats will be focused on self-discovery and the emotional release of past traumas, as well as other healing modalities.

To begin with, we require some volunteers hopefully in the Uk. Only need about 3 so first come first serve so to speak. This will be totally free, but you will be required to make a daily video diary of your progress throughout the fast.

You will also have free time with me, initially to ascertain if you would be a suitable candidate and if so, some further free Zoom sessions to include Kinesiology treatments to prepare you and work with you.

Long distance Healing with Acupressure

I have been wanting to do this video for a while. Many who listen to my ramblings either dismiss me out of hand or accept what I say without too many questions ie on faith. Faith is ok, but it is like a running horse, if you have a long road to travel you may need to change horse when it can’t carry you any more!

On the surface, the video is pretty bland yet what I am doing is beyond present science. For I am able to connect with another human being more than 300 miles away, diagnose what their needs are without their telling me anything about themselves and come up with an appropriate course of action.

We know that my suggestions to Jim were accurate by the physiological changes occurring within his body, which he was happy to share with us. As a channel for ~Charley, I was also able to give precise instructions as to where the acupuncture points were to be found.

I did end the session by giving him a tailored recipe for a Bach Flower Remedy that will help with emotional balancing for the next 6 weeks or so.

What the video does not show is my hands where I use self-muscle testing continuously to always double-check all information that I receive from ~Charley. After all, we should never take for granted whatever appears in our heads for we are all human and fallible do you not agree?

Compassionate eating- Carnivore or Vegetarian?

*The human Digestive System

*Essential Amino Acids of the body

*Ethical dimension

All animals are genetically programmed to eat what is good for them and will instinctively prioritise the food that their digestive system can transform into energy and physical growth. A herbivore will go for plant life, a carnivore will hunt for meat and a carrion eater will hang around for dead pickings.

Human beings are the only species on this earth that apparently needs to be told what to eat, for that matter adult human beings are the only species on this earth that are treated like children by those in positions of power and control, all the way to old age. Well, that is not exactly true of course for human being will in turn treat their pets like children, regardless of age.

For just over  100 years in the West, there has been a growing momentum a ‘cult’ really, to convince us to be vegetarian. In the early stages, people within The Quaker religious movement were of the opinion that red meat would ‘inflame the senses’. By the sixties, as the hippie movement discovered Indian Gurus thanks to the Beetles a new momentum took hold that red meat was a heavy low vibration energy that would stop us from raising our vibrational energy towards enlightenment.

Today there is a new evolution to the movement under the guise of ethical eating that includes,  for the sake of climate change, too many mouths to feed, as well as we don’t want to eat an animal that has been suffering in life.  There is also the ‘spiritual’ dimension, at the forefront of which, is a little video by a Zen Vegan monk Thich Nhat Hanh where he shares that he does not want to eat any food from a suffering animal that his heart may remain open.

I would like to do my best to unpack the above.

The human Digestive System

Firstly what is the truth of the human digestive system? Are we herbivores or are we carnivores?

If we listen to ~Charley  – a 12th-dimensional soul that I channel. 500 million years ago we were herbivores and then our progenitors -a small group of Adam and Eve were spliced with 1.5% of True Human Alien DNA.

It took approx. 150 million years from inception for our species to begin to eat little bugs and insects  and to tentatively process protein.  After approx. 250 million years we lost the primary use of the stomach to break down cellulose via bacterial action and generate amino acids and fats, as our digestive system turned to leaves, nuts, fish, snakes, bones (for the marrow), dead animals and eggs when we could get them.

Today the transition is almost complete.  Our stomachs are designed to break protein down via acids into amino acids, our gall bladder and pancreas will release bile and pancreatic juice to break fats down into small enough units that will pass through the intestinal blood barrier.

We still have the molars for crushing, but we also have canines for ripping. Our intestines whose primary function has always been absorption are now being used, as though they were stomachs, to process sugars and cellulose with bacteria. Unfortunately, we are not geared for fermentation that leads to bloated and in time distorted intestines with symptoms such as I.B.S. and Crohn’s disease.

cow digestion

Herbivores come in a number of sizes, ruminants like cows that regurgitate their food have 4 compartments to their stomach, camelids have 3 and horses have 1(with an overlarge colon for fermentation) they all break down their grasses and seeds via the action of bacteria and fermentation.

There is a mystery that baffled me for a long time. Herbivores generate Vit C in huge quantities in their bodies yet predators don’t seem to need it. Humans lost the ability to generate Vit C and yet we appear to need it. The answer seems to me to be that we require Vit C. only because we are not eating as Nature intends for us.

True, there are proteins in the vegetable kingdom and there are a number of people that claim that being vegan they can work, play and be healthy, but it is an incomplete picture and there are a number of prominent vegans such as Bear Grylls and Tim Shieff that have thrown in the towel after having been very vociferous proponents for the Vegan diet

Essential Amino Acids of the Body

The human body needs 20  amino acids for the creation of proteins of which 9 are classified as essential because the body cannot produce them itself. 7 are conditional as the body can produce them but, in insufficient quantities when physically damaged or in pregnancy. The other 5 can be easily put together by the body.

The amino acids are the building blocks for proteins, hormones and neurotransmitters. The plant kingdom does produce proteins in seeds, but only a very few are a limited source of the 9 essential amino acids such as Soy, Quinola, buckwheat, hemp, chia seeds, Spirulina, Tempeth and Amaranth although they are high in lectins and oxalates which are poisonous to the body. The lectins will mostly get destroyed via cooking. But the oxalic acid poison which is unacknowledged by Western nutrition as an issue unless you have kidney stones, is problematic for the body to dispose of.

Soy is the one promoted as the alternative to meat, But it has hormonal problems of its own, or has it? There seems to be a lot of conflicting research as to whether it affects oestrogen in the human body. I suppose it depends on who is funding the research.

amino acids
Amino Acids

So Theoretically one could survive on plant seeds to provide all the essential amino acids for proper functioning of the body. But please bear in mind that to build muscle we need at least 1.6 grams of complete protein (to include 9 essential amino acids) per Kilo of weight.

One difficulty is that seed protein will usually be eaten with and bound to sugars in the plant kingdom so we can easily have way too many calories to achieve the required daily protein amount. We will also need Vitamin B12 which is in not existent in the plant kingdom unless you ferment for it.

However, we are not talking about one individual but billions of people who would need to be catered for, and this would require large-scale monoculture, plus pesticide farming to an unprecedented scale to be transported worldwide, for each of those seeds has preferential climates for growth. What on earth were people doing all those millions of years before modern farming methods and genetic manipulation came on the scene? dailymail.co.uk/health/article/How-sugar-industry-paid-prestigious-Harvard-researchers-say-fat-NOT-sugar-caused-heart-disease

What is not taken into account By the Veggie moralising community is that Cattle can feed on scrubland and maintain fertility. Modern farming leads to soil erosion, and lack of fertility which has to be supplemented by artificial fertilisers. Farmers who maintain cows use their waste to maintain or aid soil fertility this included all manner of insect worm populations. Farming crops also reduce biodiversity. Without our eating cows to fertilise the soil it won’t be long before there won’t be enough fertile land to grow a lettuce. look up dust bowl soil erosion in America in the 1930s

Ethical dimension

This is the trickiest one to navigate for human beings are brought up to obey, not question the experts or think for themselves. There are many kinds of experts some of them nutritionists, doctors, scientists, marketing salesmen, spiritual gurus and social media influencers following a belief they have picked up from someone else. Invariably this boils down to money or religion!

buffalo yellowstone
Buffalo in Yellowstone National Park

Just about every living machine from the amoeba to humans needs to feed on something else that is alive. We could argue the semantics of whether grass or a tree is alive. But I am sure you will appreciate the statement. Everything alive requires limits.  A swarm of locusts will grow in a feeding frenzy on the easy pickings of fields of cultivated crops not normally found in nature without human intervention, and when they have destroyed all sources of food, they die.  In Yellowstone National Park in America, they reintroduced bison in a denuded wild park, and after a few years, they had to introduce wolves as predators to maintain the balance.

Human beings have killed the majority of Nature’s predators and like locusts, we are razing the land. The signs of our poisoning and polluting of the land, the sea, and the air at an ever-increasing rate are all around. I am not making a case for a reduction of humanity’s numbers just sharing an observation.

For over one hundred million years our digestive systems have wholly adapted to eating meat which makes us predators, although, we can still tolerate some vegetables and cooked seeds. Give a young child a lettuce or a bit of bacon and they will go for the bacon.

baby eating burger
baby eating burger does he care about ethics?

We force vegetables on our children why? Because we are told “by the experts” they are good for us. We have lost communication with our guts to decide for ourselves what our bodies need and instead, are relying on mental programs given to us by others, to decide what our bodies require.

You may well be reacting by now to my statements as to how long humanity has been on this Earth and their eating habits from aeons back. ” How can he possibly know that?” And you would be right. I am just as ignorant about the origins of our species as everyone else.

However, as I said  I am a channel for a 12th-dimensional soul  I call ~Charley to whom 500 million years may as well be now. And He has been telling me all manner of tall stories for some time, quite apart from helping to heal me, my family and clients, so I am inclined to believe him.

The reason why I just shared that is because of this new idea that we should not kill animals to feed ourselves, for it will wither our hearts. And yet, after a lifetime of being a vegetarian and becoming really ill in the process, it was the eating of meat that allowed me to heal, to connect with ~Charley, and to be the best facilitator for healing that I have ever been in my lifetime. I assure you that my connection with ~Charley only works when my heart is open.

Let me be really clear, I am a sensitive, aware, connected and in-touch human being, with no aspersions to spirituality, yet nevertheless, a channel for one of the highest Souls that a human being could possibly be a servant for. My level of ego-soul integration is at 87.7%, a level that few if any will surpass in my lifetime.  I will not hesitate to kill a chicken with my own hands or have one of my bullocks killed to feed my family and myself. I will give our animals a good life and a stress-free death. But my needs for healthy survival are inbuilt into my DNA.

This modern concept that red meat is a low and dense vibrational food that will prevent the raising of consciousness and sensitivity is misguided at best and promoted by the spiritually naïve. We are predators who have found a niche in nature to survive healthily.

Humanity has lost its connection to the land and to Nature, living in cities has addled our brains, and the necessary skill of being part of the land is mostly lost to us.  We are cocooned in our supermarkets like naïve little children, and are squeamish about killing an animal to feed ourselves,  we call that being civilized. You do realise that humanity is always six meals away from barbarism, right?

We confuse psychopathy with humane killing. We need to eat so we need to kill, no one says we have to inflict suffering on our kills. And yet we do because the killing of livestock has become impersonal and disassociated from our immediate needs.

american indian hunting
American Indian Hunting Buffalo

The American Indians would hunt buffalo, The Kalahari bushman will kill any game going to feed his family, the same for any indigenous people worldwide who have not been “defanged” by civilization. And they all had wise, thoughtful, generous and enlightened people of open hearts in their midst.

If you think that surviving on soya or quinoa absolves you of killing you would be sorely mistaken, for those crop fields, will have rabbits, game and small creatures. If they are not killed by pesticides, they can be mowed down by the huge combines as they cut and harvest the crop.

If you see yourself as spiritual, then you will appreciate that soul is in everything.  It is easy to confuse the soul that integrates with us from ‘us’ the machine.  The machine requires ingredients to function properly that the soul may experience through us.

Only the ego fears death, to the soul our lives are but a moment in time, there is no judgment – only necessity.

You will not find your true nature by abstinence from the foods that your body requires, not from wearing a monk’s habit and praying for hours each day, not reading scriptures, or proselytising to others. If you truly have a burning desire to find your true nature and to open your heart then what matters is truthfulness, appreciation, forgiveness, love of self,  and the cultivation of relationships for no human is an island.

My Journey from Vegan

From a young age, I had a predisposition to being overweight, fuelled by an extremely sweet tooth.

By the time I was eighteen, I already had fatty liver disease, and drinking alcohol was a personal disaster.

I became bulimic at 17 and for 7 years I would constantly overeat and then vomit. I didn’t know it at the time, but this severely damaged my digestive system, and it took many, many years to repair after I had stopped the self-abuse.

In my quest for health, I became vegan for a short while (I had read somewhere that even carrots scream when boiled. And I considered myself on a spiritual journey to raise my vibrations and share a seat with the Buddha. After 6 months I was experiencing heart palpitations in the evenings and my nighttime dreams were about eating fish. I gave up veganism, had some fish and felt a lot better. Still hoping to at some future time rub shoulders with the Buddha, I settled on a simple vegetarian diet but with some fish and eggs and the occasional bit of chicken, a lot of carbs, dark chocolate, and so-called ‘healthy nuts’.

I muddled my way for almost twenty years like this when in my early fifties quite suddenly I ballooned in weight – again, even though my workload and exercising had remained constant.

As an Alternative Therapist, I had known that carbohydrates were damaging to one’s health, and I used to pay lip service to my clients but, I hadn’t truly understood it until my body had said enough!  After all that bread, pasta, and ice cream my body threw in the towel, became insulin resistant and I now had a new self-label “type 2 diabetic”. My body weight ballooned very quickly, and I added 5 stones in weight to 18.5 stones and over 38” waist.

My oldest boy encouraged me to give up the carbs, and I did. For the next few years, I ate mainly salads, low carb steamed veg. lots of nuts and fish. The problems began to manifest. Firstly, with nose bleeds.  At the time, I was oblivious to the fact that the daily carbohydrate overload had finally damaged the function of my kidneys.  This gave rise from dark sacks under my eyes, copious weeing 24/7, regular nose bleeds, and finally blood blisters in my mouth when I ate food that contained salt.

Much later I learned the buzzword “plants don’t want to be eaten, they are trying to kill you”. Mean whilst, I was to learn the hard way.  I had a bit of eczema on my forehead, problems with my eyes, getting styes, grittiness, dry red eyes, black little circles as well as black floaters interfering with my vision . red, itchy recurring fungal infections in my groin, as well as athlete’s foot fungal infection in between my toes and nails, also, cold sores, and herpes-like little blisters on the arches of my feet.

Big left toe three weeks after getting rid of aluminium in the kitchen – redness now gone

What on earth was wrong with me? Well, it turns out that for many, many years, I had been eating out of aluminium utensils as well as using aluminium foil paper to wrap food in the oven.

The aluminium had damaged my intestinal membrane, leading to leaky gut syndrome.  And the only obvious symptom of this, which I realized much, much later, was a red painful weal under the nail part of my left large toe. This had bothered me for years, but I had assumed that it was related to nerves in my lower back, with which I had had problems for over twenty years.

Toe now 2 yrs later leaky gut practically healed

My leaky gut was allowing the lectins   (these are special proteins, carried by many plants /seeds, that will bind with different types of sugars)  into my bloodstream.  The leaky gut damage within my digestive tract had been there for a long time. Up till now, the lectins had for a large part been bound to the sugars I ingested. However, now, the lectin proteins were entering my bloodstream unbound, binding within my body and confusing my immune system to attack parts of itself. This gave rise to eczema, fungal infections, and eye damage. Those were the obvious symptoms.

It took a couple of years before I twigged that the lectins in the fruit from the Nightshade family like red and yellow peppers, as well as the red tomatoes I was ingesting, were now particularly virulent to my body. The sugars I had previously been eating had been binding with the lectins and minimizing their damage.

By now I had many physical symptoms due to food and had read somewhere about the exclusion diet that I had heard Jordan Peterson talk about. I embarked on a diet of chicken and broccoli, supplemented with multivitamins and copious amounts of vitamin C. For the next few years, I experimented with adding different vegetables and seeds to see which ones I could add back into my diet.

By the end of it, I had come to the conclusion I was allergic to pretty much anything. Mean whilst, I had been listening to others talking about the carnivore diet, and the stories brought by Vilhjalmur Stefansson (1879 – 1962 an Arctic explorer who shares his experiences of living amongst the Eskimos. He noted that existing on a restricted diet of meat, fat and bones did not suffer from scurvy and were relatively healthy.

Once more, as a result of listening to Jordan and his daughter Mikhaila Peterson, I decided to go on the total meat and fat diet to the dismay of many around me. For now, it had become a struggle to go out for a meal in a restaurant or even share a meal with the family.

Eating has become a source of pleasurable pastime a ritual where we partake of our addiction with others. We no longer eat to live, on the contrary, we live to eat, and there is nothing more discomforting than being the odd one out. To realize that our families and friends are eating foods injurious to their health and being powerless to interfere is an uncomfortable place indeed.

My change of diet to the exclusion of carbs. had brought quite a few changes within my system, for one  I was racked with muscle spasms that would wake me up throughout the night. I decided to add Epsom salt to my baths for magnesium, as well as salt,  electrolytes were supposed to be good for the muscle spasms. I made a big mistake that would take a few years for me to find out  I was having 3 baths a week, and I would soak for at least an hour regularly.

For the next few yrs I added Epsom salt to my baths but got no relief, partly because my muscle spasms were due to structural imbalances within my spine that in the wrong positions would pinch nerves, and in turn, lead to spasms and partly – I would learn this much much later, because my cells and liver were damaged and my muscles needed a little bit of glucose to get me by.

Little did I know that I was poisoning myself with the Epsom salts and my muscles were firing ten to a dozen, I would look down at my calf muscles and it would be like looking at twenty young eels swimming down my calf muscle.  Eventually, I worked it out and stopped the magnesium.  It took me even longer to realise that the salt was playing havoc with my kidneys.

I was also suffering from a lack of energy, which has been described as the keto flu.  And going to the CrossFit gym in the early morning was a nightmare I invariably felt dazed, energy-less and befuddled in my brain.

Many people will try to lose weight by going on to a meat and fat diet.  But if they are a type two diabetic they have to make the transition slowly for there are many pitfalls.

What are the clues to find out if one is type 2 diabetic?

Skin Tags

Overt signs: Tags anywhere on the body, a darkening discolouration of the skinfat deposit in the lower abdomen- a sure sign of Fatty liver disease from too much carbohydrate. Needing to wee a lot possibly getting up 2 or 3 times a night to pass water. Sleepy after eating a meal.

One of the knock-on effects of too much carb leading to insulin resistance is that the Kidneys as well as the liver get compromised.  So pockets under the eyes as well as darkening, and leg swelling are all very early signs.  And in my case the difficulty of processing too much salt lead to nose bleeds and blood blisters in my mouth.  Something that took me a long time to understand, for in my desperation to deal with the incessant cramps I would have too much salt and my kidneys were threatening to throw in the towel!

There are a lot of competing theories as to how much salt we need to consume each day. Some say at least 3 grams others none at all, that there is enough salt on the meats we eat. Today, I have a minuscule pinch of salt once a day with my bone broth and it is more than sufficient.

Initial pitfalls of going on to a carnivore diet when type 2 diabetic

Diabetes skin Discoloration

If we have developed tags and/or skin-darkening discolouration. Then, as a result of ingesting seed oils commonly referred to as vegetable oils,  as well as long-term insulin flooding of the cell that is then termed insulin resistance, as in, the cells can’t take it anymore, we will have created severe damage to the mitochondria or energy motors within cells.

The other day I put petrol in my diesel engine. After 5 miles my car engine refused to work. The human cells work best with animal saturated fats, and instead, we give them carbohydrates. Yes, it can burn it for energy but unfortunately for the past 100 years have been increasingly seduced into consuming seed oil fats which are highly oxidised and damaging to the mitochondria, the energy cells are nobbled and when we go keto there is a long period of adjustment especially if we already have damaged mitochondria.

When I decided to go full carnivore I also stopped taking Vit C  because the literature and others said you don’t need it. That is not the whole picture!

I became very moody and impossible to be with,  I then noticed I was getting weird little white lights in my vision when I looked sideways in the dusk lighting. Followed by blood in my semen. As soon as I noticed this I started to take large doses of Vit C and the scurvy symptoms went away.

This happened once more sometime later, and once more I had to resort to ViT. C.

Vitamin C is one of those Vitamins that  Herbivores create in profusion.  Up to 12 to 13, 000 mg. a day if you are a goat.  Humans lost the ability / need to create Vit C a long time ago. In case it is not obvious- because we are NOT herbivores any more. However, for 100 years we have increasingly turned our diet upside down to the point that we consume so many poisons especially seeds and vegetable oils that Vit C as a powerful antioxidant becomes a necessary medicine.

What about the muscle spasms?

I am now free of muscle spasms, however, I got here not because of magnesium or electrolytes, but by taking a little bit of carbohydrates. It is important to realize that once our mitochondria have been damaged it will work imperfectly at using fat as a fuel source, and the liver seems to struggle in delivering glycogen to the muscles.

I found that by taking a little bit of honey in the evening it stopped the muscle spasms. Sally Norton Found that a 1/4 cup of cooked rice twice a week helped her. I have also had clients who found that 1/2 teaspoon of honey helped them with their muscle spasms.

Today I no longer require the carbohydrate, my system has made the transition to full fat burning. So we need to appreciate that years of damaging diet has taken its toll on our bodies, and it will take a little bit of time to work our way back to health.

Oxalic acid and Vit. B12

As a carnivore for 5 yrs. Eating only beef, liver, heart and fat (beef dripping)  my body has settled down and I no longer need to supplement with Vit C, I have a tiny amount of salt not even one milligram a day and I do supplement with B12.  I consume only water room temp. and as a hot drink.

Vit. B12 is an important topic and is related to oxalic acid. During all the years I was a Vegetarian and up to my exclusion of vegetables, I was unintentionally overloading my body with oxalates.

The human body via the liver can on average process approx.. 150 mg. a day according to Sally Norton who has done incredible research into this issue.   The human body creates a little oxalic acid in its own right and Vitamin C if unused by the body can also be degraded to Oxalic acid.

To put this topic into perspective  ½ a cup of cooked spinach is approx. 670 mg of Oxalic acid. One sweet potato approx. 200mg. 3.5 oz. of boiled beetroot is over 600 mg, and a small handful of almonds is over 400mg. most of the other nuts will be over 200mg.,   one cup of tea approx. 60 mg.  here is a list to give you some idea  .pdf oxalate content 2003

As you will appreciate the average person will be overloading their body with thousands of milligrams per week of oxalic acid. True, some of the oxalates, will bind with calcium and other nutrients and be disposed of as waste, some will get through into the bloodstream and bind with calcium, iron, or other minerals, and hopefully get expelled via the kidneys.

The oxalates can also move to joints, organs, and tissues where they will readily crystallise from microscopic to larger shards and rosettes, to generate wear and tear damage in the body. for example Vaginal pain, fibromyalgia, bruising easily, Thyroid issues, leaky gut, and much more.

Once we have given up the eating of oxalates we still have the problem that the body has a huge store of oxalates to dispose of. The body is a highly intelligent machine. When we stop ingesting and forcing the body to store the crystals it begins to release or ‘dump’ increasing quantities of oxalates back into the bloodstream.

Oxalate shards

It is very important to make the transition very slowly, we don’t want the body to start dumping oxalates for they will bind to calcium and other minerals, deplete us of Vit B12 and, if you are unlucky you could get kidney stones.

We want a slow release of the oxalate stores and we want to remove it safely. This is where supplementing with calcium, magnesium, and zinc citrates, as well as Vit. B12 comes in.

What I found was that even though there is B12 in grass-fed beef and even though I am eating liver, I still have an insufficiency of B12 in my diet, because the liver will use B12 to process the oxalic acid. I know this because I become light-headed when deficient in B12. I should share here that the vegetable kingdom does not contain Vit. B12, cows generate B12 via bacteria fermentation in their guts, and we can create B12 by fermenting cabbage, and soy.

Today I am still expelling oxalic acid via the eyes. If you go online and ask google about morning sleep crust it is put down to bacterial conjunctivitis.  I have a different theory  I believe that it is mainly due to oxalic acid being expelled via the tear glands and solidifying into crystals. Hence my need for extra Vit. B12 probably for a few more years.

In conclusion

  • Vegetables are highly damaging to our bodies but giving them up has to be done slowly. The cabbage family and squashes are a low source of oxalates and a good intermediate stage. Take Citrate supplements to bind with the released oxalates.
  • If you are ready to give up the Carbohydrates you must also give up the lectins in seeds or they will play havoc with your immune system.
  • You will need to keep taking Vit C even after you have gone full Carnivore if you have leaky gut damage until you are healed, quite apart from the other supplements you will require.
  • If you have ingested a lot of oxalates in your life you may well need to supplement with Vit B 12 for quite a few years after going full carnivore.
  • If plagued by muscle spasms consider taking a little bit of honey or rice as a temporary stopgap.
  • Seed oils -known as Vegetable oils are behind most of the damage to our cells via oxidation and free radical damage. They are in pretty much all manufactured products for it is a cheap source of fat. Have a rummage through your cupboards, rape seed and soy are the most common, sunflower, sesame and many others – they are all bad.
