Todd Medina with Sal at Soulology – Podcast

0

This is the first podcast That Todd and I have shared. I give a background to how I came to be who I am, i.e. like the lion in The Wizard of Oz I spent my life seeking a heart that I might be whole once more.

My Journey was not in vain, for my life long-suffering, taught me the power of forgiveness to reconnect us with our Soul fragment and find peace in our hearts as well as that there are no victims in this world.

As a result of the above I developed a conscious connection with a 12th-dimensional soul fragment who had been there for me in the background the whole of my life but, only now that my heart was fully open could we have a conversation – and he has shared a lot!

If you have listened to our last couple of podcasts you will now have some appreciation of the relationship between the ego, imagination, heart and the third eye.

There is also a podcast of this article if you would rather listen to it

Connection with our hearts is required to open one’s third eye and, mitigate delusions of the ego.

Ask yourself, where is the centre of my awareness? Is it in my head, my lower abdomen? If, it is elsewhere than your heart, then here, is where you need to begin.

I have posted other information and podcasts on the subject and, it is my aim to put out a meditation specifically to connect with our hearts and work on the third eye at the same time.  Stay tuned for the near future.

I have divided this article into the following sections: my apologies for being curt and to the point for the relevant information could fill a book. The information included here is condensed and I encourage you to come back and re-read it over a period of time.

Table of contents

Please understand

  1. That the Third eye is our imagination, which in turn is the language of the subconscious.
  2. The subconscious is the gateway for instruction from our Soul fragment.
  3. To be connected with our Soul fragment, our heart must be open.
  4. For our hearts to be open, our emotions need to be at idling speed, and our minds in a state of acceptance rather than protection.
  5. For our emotions to be at peace, we need to make space from the myriad of suppressed emotions we, have been accumulating throughout our lives.
  6. To make space, we need to practice/experience emotional intensity.
  7. For all of the above to occur, we need to notice our mind’s capacity to self-criticise and, divert from our emotional experience.
  8. To be aware of how we self-criticise, we begin by focusing on how much we are critical of others.
  9. 9 We criticise others because they threaten the integrity of our indoctrinated beliefs.
  10. To free ourselves we need to develop the stamina for, and be open to, competing and conflicting thoughts.

A human being can be classified as a machine (ego) as well as, a Soul-being.

The machine section of a human being is in three parts the physical body, the emotional (hormonal system) and, the mental or repository of mental programs that, like a computer, will trigger behaviour with the aim of protecting the machine.

The Soul-being part of a human being requires the heart to be open, so that communication with the machine may occur.

5th and 6th Chakra

Communication from the Soul-Being to the machine via the subconscious will come thru the third eye or 6th chakra (fluid images that arise out of the subconscious). Not to be confused with images that arise out of the mind – static memory. Communication may also arise in the 5th chakra in the throat, as clairaudience (internal words). Not to be confused with internalized talking that comes from the mind.

Words arising in my head from my ego tend to be repetitive, descriptive of present actions, and often of a critical bent. They are like reading silently to myself.  Words from clairaudience are like air bubbles arising out of the depths of the sea. They are usually very quiet yet, can be heard in the back of one’s mind.

The ego relies on memory, and the Soul-being communicates via imagination

Spontaneous Imagination is like dreaming, it has the quality of watching a film unfold its story. Memory is like a set of photos, static.

The subconscious is pliable, it is used by the Soul fragment to communicate with the ego. And can also be used by the ego to command the subconscious. We can use images to instruct the subconscious to affect and relax involuntary muscles of the body where emotional tension has been stored, as well as, to alter some of our pre-programmed scripts. Relaxing internal tensions is, an important skill to acquire, and I have put out a meditation specifically for this.

Many books have been written on how to see the aura to capitalize on the wave of Western interest. Even the so-called ‘Master’ Daoist Teacher I trained with nearly 30 yrs back would run courses on it.

The idea was/is that we can see the aura with our normal vision by somehow forcing/training our eyes to go slightly out of focus. It was ridiculous to me then, as it is now. The way to see an aura is via imagination to which may be added kinaesthetic sensing if you are a physical type and or, emotional reciprocity if you engage with the world via your emotions.

Sun’s rays though the dark clouds

If you expect a magic wand to open your third eye to the wonders beyond, it will not happen if you are full of your own hubris, rigidity, fear, and or anxiety. For, Our Soul-Being requires at least a gap through the storm clouds That the Sun’s rays may shine through.

Kinaesthetic development and bio-energetic field (aura)

Our bodies are electrical and they have a bio-electrical field surrounding us.

Place your hands in front of you and focus on the centre of each palm. Wave them slowly apart from each other to approx. 18”, then towards each other to about 6-8 “, repeat a few times. Sense the cushion of energy between your palms as you move them to and fro.

energy ball between palms

Once you have the ‘taste’ of that energy bubble, close your eyes and imagine your hands in front of you as you remember the kinaesthetic sensation of your palms and the bioelectric field as you waved them to and fro. Why not pause this recording and give yourself a few minutes to get the hang of this?

Kinaesthetic awareness is an indispensable skill of communication with the subconscious. Here is a meditational exercise that helps with kinaesthetic development and physical tensions.

Exercise

Whilst sitting – focus on the energy field, sense it / imagine it around your body, use your imaginary hands to sense the outline from every direction around your body.

Auric field

Ask, sense/ imagine the question, does my energy field surround the whole of my body? Sense the outline. Ask yourself, how far does it extend away from my body? Allow your imagination to show you the answer as you bring your imaginary hands closer around your limbs, torso, etc., then further away from your body  Ask /sense, imagine the shape of the field.  Does it surround you equally? Is it more to the left or right?  Are there any sections where it is missing or weaker?

If there is a missing section, imagine sensing your etheric hands as though they were a plasterer’s trowel, spreading the bio-energetic plasma charge around your/ other’s body to smooth over any gaps. If there is core trauma(s) within you, it is likely for one or more chakras to be experienced as though there is a gap in the field. To rectify, if it’s the 2nd Chakra, you will need to connect emotionally and allow the emotion to flow through your body. This can take some time as you build up your emotional resilience to experience the discomfort generated.

In the very early days of my healing career as I practised what I am sharing with you. I noted that my field was off-centre towards the left when I meditated. I was a troubled young man with serious emotional hang-ups going back to very early childhood. The off-centredness was due to my unexpressed and imbalanced emotions. There are no shortcuts to getting our hands dirty and doing the work.

Whilst we can help others to fill in gaps in their auras, if it is out of focus or lopsided, they will have to do the emotional work.

Occasionally, the culprit is the 3rd chakra ego mind, with rigidly controlled beliefs, and invariably the 2nd Chakra will also be affected.

Quite often if either the 2nd or 3rd are compromised then the 4th Chakra will also be affected.

Once you have the hang of this, you can practise scanning others. If /when you do so, DO NOT share that you are doing it or, the result of your perceptions. That may or may not come much later.

You may only observe the state of their Bio-energetic field. You may NOT attempt to change/alter any part of it without the person’s permission

Information as to other’s field can be visual, kinaesthetic, emotional or a combination of them. Some people have vivid colour imagination and will see colours around other’s bio-energetic fields, to which they ascribe emotions. Occasionally, you may see representational objects of the energetic expression of the individual.

None of the above is THE TRUTH merely your interpretation of it. So be careful what you share with others.

Exercise for those who are hands-on Alternative therapists.

Practise extending your kinaesthetic/emotional sense to surround your client as you acknowledge their aura. Information when it eventually comes will be spontaneous and unbidden. I occasionally experience intense emotions when I touch parts of a client’s body. I remind myself these are not my emotions. I connect with their lower abdomen and I transmit this unexpressed and out-of-awareness emotion back to them for processing.

As you are coming to the end of your session with a client, massage their ears for a few minutes or their feet, as you feel your warmth through your hands.  As you are massaging and/or holding, imagine their lower abdomen, there you will find a little child representation of the client.

Imagine/ kinaesthetically sense this little child. What is he/she doing? What is your internal emotional response? Is the child happy sad, needy, envious, greedy, angry, etc? Do they need safety, a cuddle, friendship, companionship, etc..  Invariably the child needs to experience safety,  perhaps you need to hold its hand or envelop it in an embrace or, or even, simply be there whilst it plays. Allow yourself to feel compassion, joy, acceptance, and protection for the child within them. Especially when you sense the child’s emotional imbalance. As you improve, clients will share how relaxing and peaceful it is for them.

In the early days, I would allow emotions to overwhelm me. Clients always felt better, like something had lifted off them. It was a mistake. We only learn through experience.

Only once did I encounter a child from a client now long dead with whom I had an instinctive dislike. Her little girl was so damaged by her own mother’s rejection of her that her desperation for love manifested as critical ness, envy, and conceit.

Going to sleep

It is nighttime, and you are in bed ready to go to sleep.  Focus on the third eye area, i.e. you literally look up inside your forehead. Choose an object, any object, and see it in your mind’s eye. Practise letting the object morph into anything else. The aim is to allow the subconscious to turn your static image into a dream-like video. When you succeed you will remember little for you will fall asleep soon after.

In the unlikely event that the video being played in your imagination were to go dark (disturbing images) then you are in need of emotional processing.

If you wake up in the morning with a nightmare, ask yourself, what was the emotion that woke me up? Re-live as much of the nightmare as you can, as soon as you can, so that you may identify the emotion that needs to be processed. Occasionally the ‘nightmare’ may be due to something you may have watched on video or listened to others relating a few days earlier, and were affected by the emotions evoked in you, yet thought nothing of it at the time.

Reverie

We have this popular perception of soothsayers witches, etc., gazing into a white ball as one would into a television channel to gain information. Gazing into a crystal ball is merely the act of reverie. Ie. Allowing our imagination to express itself.

Crystal Ball gazing

Find times in your life for reverie. Could be watching a fire, raindrops against a window pane, The running of a brook or river or even sitting in contemplation by raising your eyes to look into your forehead. Allow the images to come – no judgement, be a passive observer.

Please note that most of us carry way too much baggage of suppressed unprocessed emotions, and the act of reverie will bring them to the surface in an orderly manner. I.e. you will not be subjected to more than you can cope with at that moment in your life.

The past is a video that has /is presently being written. The future will be the result of the quadrillion + interactions that occur every infinitesimal fraction of a second. It is easier to connect to what has been (the past) than to what is yet to be.

Explore the past

Sea shell

Find different types of rocks, seashells, and or objects that have been around for a while. Use them to meditate on.  Hold the object in your hands, extend your kinaesthetic sense of its shape, weight, structure, and quality and place it inside your forehead as you allow yourself to reverie into its past. Images, emotions, and sensations may occur, be open to all. Be a passive observer. You may do the same with old buildings, standing stones etc.,

Train psychic perception

Hold jewellery, and unopened letters in your hands, and kinaesthetically imagine them inside your forehead, what sensations, emotions, memories, or images, do they evoke?

When someone rings on the phone, focus inside your forehead and allow images to come as to who they are as you speak with them, open your imagination to their clothes, colour, face hairstyle. , What type of house they might live in, what car, colour? Etc.,

In conclusion

The above is far more than sufficient to keep you occupied for a considerable amount of time.

If there is a calling here for you, you might consider learning the language of astrology, palmistry, or tarot card reading as a vehicle with which to continue developing your psychic muscles. There is no right or wrong way.

Shortly I will focus on writing an article on Astral travel as it is linked to the 3rd eye

Vitamins and Mineral supplements – Do we need them?

Do we need to supplement with Vitamins and minerals?

Value of the Major Vitamins and Minerals

What vitamins and minerals do we need to supplement?

Vitamin D3+ K2

Methyl Complex – Vitamin B’s

Magnesium Citrate

Calcium Citrate

Iodine

Selenium

Zinc Citrate

Trace Minerals

Vitamin C

Do we need to supplement with Vitamins and minerals?

The very short answer is YES! We do need vitamins and mineral supplements. And this very much will depend on the quality of as well as the foods we regularly consume, the environmental poisons around us and drugs western or otherwise that we ingest. (Suggestions at the end of the article).

Please note, the information provided in this article is a general guide. If you have specific needs because of symptoms, please contact a professional for advice.

It would be lovely to think that all our nutritional needs can be met by our diet. The reality is that we live in an epoch whereby in our ‘hubris’ have chemically corrupted most of our food sources. And, we have been indoctrinated into loving foods that are congesting and damaging to us long term.

Let me start by sharing That we are the only creatures on this Earth that have lost the ability to discern what our dietary needs truly are. And here we be, needing to be told, and relying on others to tell us what we should eat for our health.

Are you sure hay is good for me? I saw some crows eating pizza and chips.

Here is a quote to make this point, “The British Government spends over £30 million a year educating people about the merits of eating five-a-day. The British Medical Association claims GP’s spend around 2% of their time educating patients on the benefits of eating healthy and the five-a-day mentality.”

Can you imagine a cow asking the farmer which type of hay it should eat? All creatures on this earth have a DNA template to find the food that is right for them according to their state of health.

Our need for Vitamin and mineral supplements will depend on our diet and be influenced by chemicals within them and what the animal is fed on, and/or mineral content in the ground for both vegetables, and grass. Western medication as well as chemical and mineral pollution in our environment will also impact our body’s needs. Processed foods are another matter that requires their own paragraph.

Woman with lettuce blocking her mouth
LETTUCE DIET

For example, if you have a vegetarian diet, you will have foods with a great profusion of minerals and vitamins. However, The vegetable kingdom also contains anti-nutrients such as oxalic acid that will take away many of those nutrients from your ingested meals. This is quite apart from whether the vegetables are grown organically, GMO, pesticides etc.

Being a vegetarian or vegan also carries its own deficiencies that need to be addressed. For example, You will also require B Vitamins that are found in eggs, milk and (grass-fed) beef. Mushrooms can give us B vitamins excluding B12 which can only be produced by bacteria. Such as in fermented cabbage.

Fermented cheeses

Then there is the issue of K2, a fat-soluble vitamin that works in synergy with Vit D3 (sunlight) and calcium giving us strong bones and a healthy immune system. These are found in fatty meats. K2 is also created by bacteria in fermented cheeses and Soy.

If your diet is carbohydrate dense -likely as a vegan/vegetarian, You are probably deficient in vitamin C, for although there is plenty of vitamin C in fruits and some veg it is bound with the carbohydrate. And, your cells will absorb carbohydrates rather than vitamin C.

Value of the Major Vitamins and Minerals

Carnivores do not produce vit. C in their livers, (that includes humans!) There is sufficient Vit. C for their needs in meat. But herbivores or anyone that eats carbs do, For example, a goat can create up to 13 thousand milligrams of Vit C daily.

If you have gone back to eating as a carnivore, your requirements will be different depending on your state of health prior to making the change.

Let’s start with processed foods. You cannot rely on the added minerals and vitamins to supply your needs. A breakfast cereal may say ‘fortified with extra iron, for example. It sounds perfect! After all, we need iron in our cells to move oxygen around the body.

Subscribe to my YouTube Channel

Unfortunately, iron filings will add to your constipation. The human body can only truly process and absorb what is ingested in a bio-available form, and this applies to a number of minerals. “Fortified with minerals and vitamins” sounds good, but overall quite useless to the body, which requires bioavailable ingredients for effective absorption.

The following are the major minerals that depending on one’s diet might need supplementing or adjusting

Calcium: we all have bones and teeth, so we are pretty well stocked up. However, on a plant diet, oxalic acid can leech calcium from the food and our bones.

Iodine: Primarily associated with the thyroid hormones. Nevertheless, most internal organs and glands also require it.

Iron: Loads in a bio-absorbable form in red meat. Vegetables contain it but, the body can hardly absorb it. Vegetables also contain anti-nutrients that inhibit the absorption of minerals.

Magnesium: Super important for the human body. Most people are deficient in this mineral. Leached by oxalic acid in vegetables and nuts, and very low in meats. We need it for nerves, muscles, the immune system and biochemical reactions in the human body.

Potassium: Low potassium causes irregular heartbeats, oedema (swelling), brain damage, etc. many fruits and veg. contain lots of potassium. Although much of it is robbed by the oxalates in the food. Red meat also has sufficient potassium for one’s needs.

Phosphorous: it’s in our bones and teeth, and in most foods. It is most problematic When eating processed foods. The naturally high amounts of phosphorous in them need to be expelled by the kidneys. This can be damaging if the kidney function is already impaired, as in Type 2 diabetes, for example.

Selenium: trace mineral. Indispensable for a huge amount of hormonal and bio-energetic processes in the body. Used to be abundant, but modern farming practices has created a deficiency in the soil in way too many farmlands worldwide.

Important for the immune system, very low levels will affect the heart muscles, also swelling and joint pains. You can look online to find out if your country /area is depleted. Although, if you buy from a supermarket, will you ever truly know?

Sodium: Ideally the form of sea salt is important, however, it depends on the state of your kidneys. Too little salt and you will get muscle cramps, too much -doesn’t bear thinking about. Blood blisters in the mouth, bloody nose, high blood pressure etc., So what is right for you? Frankly, it depends on your diet, if you are a carnivore one pinch of salt a day is probably sufficient as meat contains salt in the tissues. Between 1 and 3 gm a day.

Zinc: Incredibly important for epithelial cells such as lungs and digestive tract, needed in cell healthy functioning. Easily found in red meat, poultry, beans, nuts and whole grains.

Manganese, Copper, and molybdenum are all present in red meat in average amounts, and readily available in nuts, seeds, and vegetables.

Sulphur: a very essential mineral for the body which will be found in plenty in Nature. You will never get too much Sulphur from eating meat however, you can theoretically overload if you have too much ongoing sulphur, the following video will inform you better.

What Vitamins and minerals do we actually need to supplement?

Because the requirements of Vitamins and minerals are different according to diet. I will break them down. I am also going to make a recommendation for supplements that are Bio-available. That means the body will treat them as ‘food’ to be absorbed. Rather than the chemical vitamins that are added to foods, or many of the vitamins that can be bought in the market.

For the past thirty years, I have mainly consumed and recommended BioCare products. Yes, they are more expensive than cheap chemical imports from other countries. The old adage of “You get what you pay for” applies here.

As an example, I used to buy Vitamin D3 very cheaply on the net. And I still came down with ‘flue’ I became suspicious because my wife who was spending quite a bit of time in the garden did not, even though we slept next to each other.

I consulted with ~Charley who told me The Vit D3 was inadequate and when I pressed for more information directed me to the BioCare one! The first one was £3-4 for the year, and the BioCare one, was about £18 for the month! (Ouch!!) So I gave myself a little pep talk. “Go on you old skin flint, good health has no price ” 🙂

Good quality Bio-food state vitamins and minerals that your body will absorb are not cheap. In the UK with BioCare if your order is over £25 delivery is free and delivered almost the next day. When you make an order at any time, You will get 10% discount off your order, and you will help with my costs on this website too if you input the following Practitioner referral code.

Referral code : P9358

[Add code when you first set up an account with BioCare]

Since we live in the Northern latitudes, we need to supplement with Vit D3 for a good 8 months + of the year, especially me as I spend a lot of my time indoors. I have never looked back since upgrading to the proper D3 from BioCare. (1 D3 4000iu per day)

So, regardless of diet, most people need at a minimum an average of 20 min. everyday whole body sun, longer the darker your skin i.e. complete ebony 40 minutes a day whole body. If you don’t get this level of Sun exposure, you will need to supplement.

Vegetarians /vegan Need Vit D3 + K2 – to be consumed with fat for better absorption and dispersal. (1 drop a day under the tongue)

Methyl Complex for Vegetarians/vegans. Don’t neglect this! I have met a number of people with terrible nerve pain because they were extremely deficient in B Vitamins. It contains all 8 types of B Vitamins, my suggestion is to take this variety, it is water-soluble and one drop a day is a good maintenance dose. The capsules/tablets variety can repeat in the Stomach.

This is not so widely known but vegetables, nuts, and some fruits contain oxalic acid (an industrial strength cleaner for its ability to bond with calcium, iron, magnesium, and other minerals including Vit B-12) The body can deal with approx 150 mg. a day anything over gets stored as crystals in the body but not before floating around in your blood! One-quarter cup of spinach is equal to approx 700 milligrams. So it is very easy to over-consume. the oxalic acid in green veg, nuts, sweet and normal potatoes, beetroot, and beet leaves will rob your body of any minerals in your blood!

Magnesium citrate, for all food groups. I will recommend 1 to 2 capsules a day, with meals. Super important for the nervous system and other bodily processes. I suggest the citrate variety because oxalates will bind to it. Oxalic acid will bind like a magnet to essential minerals in your body, and hence it is very easy to be mineral and vitamin-deficient when a vegetarian, even though the plants contain many nutrients.

Calcium Citrate For Vegetarians/ vegans who eat, or have eaten, a lot of high oxalate foods, see pdf. with the content list, I would also recommend for the same reasons as above. 1 to 2 capsules a day with meals.

Iodinefor all food groups, 2 drops a day. Unless you eat a lot of seafood, and to be frank, you need to be suspicious of anything that comes out of the ocean, especially if it’s big and has been around for a while. Most fish are now farmed and fed soy and antibiotics. Or, they have eaten smaller fish and have accumulated mercury in their flesh. Some people have iodised salt, and others eat seaweed. But, for the rest of us, our thyroid as well as the rest of our hormonal system requires it. See also iodine def. in embryos.

Seleniumfor all food groups, 1 capsule a day maintenance dose.

We have a veg plot in our garden where animal bones were buried by a vet in the early 1900s. My wife eats home-grown veg, she has no present deficiency. I only eat meat from my own cows (we are in Fife, UK) I need to supplement because the fields have no significant amounts of selenium, so my meat is lacking in this important trace mineral.

Zinc Citrate For all food groups 2 to 3 tablets a day

If you have leaky gut syndrome, (how do you know? – Fungus infections, allergies to foods floaters in the eyes, headaches not due to stress, depression for which there is no obvious reason, gout, gut disorders and many more).

The body has a greater need when there are viral or bacterial infections. Also, if you have eaten too many oxalates over the years and, even though you may have stopped eating them, your body will have a greater need for zinc. The citrates on the above list will bind with Oxalic Acid, and stop it from robbing your body of minerals as well as minimise the potential for subsequent Kidney stone formation.

As long as you were not Type 2 diabetic in the making before turning carnivore. You will generally find sufficient zinc in meat, but you need to have been already healthy for a while before changing.

Trace Minerals one drop a day For those with processed food diets, High oxalates or transitioning away from high oxalate (vegetable) diets.

BioCare Vitamin C

Vitamin C This is a complicated issue if you are Vegan/ vegetarian or even eat meat as well as carbs, have infections or take drugs, recreational or prescribed. Then you most definitely should be taking Vit C. Don’t take Vit C. with your carb meals. Your body will produce insulin to mop up the carbs and drive them to the cells. The cells will intake the carbs rather than the Vit C which is a very similar structure to carbohydrates. Best to consume a few hours before or after a meal.

How much? A good maintenance dose is 1000 mg. a day, this can be taken in two 500 mg, capsules if you are fairly well saturated and or 1000 mg. if your need is higher. Your body will store the excess Vit C until it can’t use up any more. The only way to know how much you need is that if you have too much, it will give you a loose and insistent bowel movement. At which point you would stop and start again a few days later at a slightly lower dose.

I have had leaky gut syndrome for many, many years, the only answer is to remove the offending items to give the guts time to heal, this can take years depending on the damage.

When I became a carnivore, I read that Vit C was unnecessary as meat contains enough. So I stopped taking it. It was a huge mistake, and twice I had visible signs of scurvy that was even affecting my eyes. It was a mistake because I still had a damaged gut, as well as was still having a bit of fruit (carbs) now and then. Today, after one year of no carbs at all, I no longer need to take a Vit C supplement. For if I do, my liver will convert it to oxalic acid (which comes out through my eyes as morning sleep crystals).

Pod- 10 opening the Third eye – imagination

0

In this podcast which is in two parts, Joshua and I have a wide-ranging conversation, such as, what is the third eye, where it is, its role as part of the chakra system, its relationship to ego, and how come so few people have access to their imagination.

We discuss a video (see below) of a few children who have an incredible gift of inner sight. And the value of connecting with our subconscious to inform us of something terribly important when the time comes, in the near future.

We also digress just a little into talking about magic mushrooms -psychotropics- and their value or otherwise to humans because of their potential to open up the subconscious repressed emotions (pandora’s box) . And we talk in passing on asceticism, to which I will devote an article in the near future.

So I have three videos for you to enjoy and inform yourselves.

And there is also an accompanying article on the third eye and imagination

Opening the Third eye part 3 _ Instructions – to come soon

The Third Eye seat of the Imagination

Collectively, we have been tantalized by the idea of the Third eye for millennia. In Buddhism and Hinduism, it was associated with the 6th Chakra and assumed that it would open after much meditational practice.

www.richardcassaro.com

Many cultures around the world were fascinated? (not sure whether that is the right word). They certainly acknowledged the faculty of inner sight, Richard Cassaro in his book the Third Eye makes a point that all ancient cultures had a belief in the 3rd eye.

In both Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye or inner sight represents the enlightenment that one may achieve through meditation. In theosophy (H.P. Blavatsky) some believed that the third eye is related to the pineal gland in the head. Lobsang Rampa in his book the third eye as a previously incarnated Tibetan monk, claimed that the eye was opened by making an incision on the forehead and inserting a certain sliver of material that would open the psychic faculty.

What all the above have in common is the tantalizing belief and wonder that there is a capability that evades the average human being, which will readily provide us with information of a psychic and/or mystical nature.

The truth of the matter is that the function of the 3rd eye has tantalized us throughout history because we have had glimpses of seers and healers. Unfortunately, this natural faculty of being a human being has for a long time been lost to us.

Bindi

In Hinduism, women when they married placed a red dot on their foreheads called Bindi, that at one level is meant to signify that in focusing on their families the woman moves beyond ego. These days, the bindi would appear to be more of a fashionable statement.

Regrettably, since the last cataclysm when the Earth, slowly but surely, had a preponderance of younger souls incarnating, we descended back into barbarism. We moved away from love back to ego fear, and the imagination is unavailable when we are trapped in ego.

Why would this be so? Because, Imagination is the language of the subconscious and, when we are in the ego, we are trapped by the conscious mind that is trying to protect the organism from more pain, real or implied, than it can cope with.

What we call the mind is really a set of programs that overlays our interaction with the world around us. An impulse will arise from the depth of our being, the mind is the gatekeeper. If the emotion threatens our stability, it will suppress via the hormonal system the movement of that emotion as it mobilises the muscles of our bodies. We will then develop a muscle spasm that may incapacitate us.

If the impulse gives rise to thoughts that may affect our relationship with others, or our need to belong and feel safe within the group is potentially jeopardised, our mind will suppress the thought and emotions that would be triggered.

The incessant chattering mind

How do our minds have such power over us.? Mainly via negativity, We put ourselves down, criticise unruly thoughts, and cultivate guilt. Think of it, millions of people in a busy city, you see them walking, assured of themselves, you are self-conscious. Perhaps they are making critical comments about your hair, and your clothes, you imagine they can see your loneliness and that you are being judged. The reality is more likely to be that as they walk they are engrossed in their thoughts, criticizing themselves as well as others, and battling with their own inner demons.

The ephemeral creativity that eludes us

The creative impulse that originates deep in us like an air bubble, rising from the depths of the sea, it can’t but surface. At this point, our minds overlay that image, thought, or impulse. It now verbalizes it as words in our heads, and we, don’t have the experience to separate the automatic mental words that have taken over like a parrot, from that deeper impulse. And we assume that the words are who we are.

Who am I?

For in truth, when we are lost in our egos, manipulated and motivated by fear, We may as well be parrots. Our heads a filled with unprocessed thoughts, ideas, and religious instructions to conform and be moral, political, or woke slogans, facts and figures all of this and more, are dumped in our heads by others.

Can you experience the claustrophobia of being inside your own head?

We love Comedians, well at least we used to love comedians before the woke brigade got busy with their torches and pitchforks. The way their unconstrained imagination gave us glimpses of seeing the world from a different perspective as WE, laughed with abandon!

As a consequence of a lifetime of suppression, our subconscious is filled with monsters of our own making seeking freedom, balance, and harmony. We call them nightmares when they surface, and we fear that we may be losing our ‘minds’..… We should be so lucky!!

To allow imagination is to be free from the constraints imposed on us by our culture, religious, and political indoctrination. Any one person, group, or state that uses fear (usually of death, now or eternal) to manipulate your behaviour is attempting to ‘control and enslave you’.

Bearing in mind how the world is today, you might begin to appreciate that imagination is a sought-after currency because of its scarcity.

And yet, imagination as described so far is but the tip of the iceberg. We have very little clue as to the true power inherent within us as human beings. We have been suppressed and downtrodden for so long that our true potential is almost a myth.

Please watch this video carefully and weep with me for the inheritance that was and is being stolen from us.

Children with the inner sight

After watching this video a couple of times, I asked ~Charley Could I still develop my inner sight to this degree? (I am forever the optimist !) He said, “No, you are too damaged”.

Well, if there is no hope to be like them, why bother? “Because these children exist in the light, and we live in utter darkness”. We may never make it to the sunlight, but we don’t have to remain in the Stygian dark. Dusk and early morning are still better than the total absence of light.

In my life, I have met many people who had varying degrees of ability via their imagination to see into the past, future, and what was going on within others with their ‘psychic’ gift. I have had many moments in my life when my 3rd eye unbidden has opened and shared psychic information with regard to others and me. Presently, I get images and thoughts from ~Charley that guide me. Yet I am touching the tip of the iceberg.

Many people seek psychic development, for there is a thirst for this lost/ suppressed ability inherent within all of us. And it is imperative that we reawaken our birthright.

Those of you that read my articles and watch my podcasts will be aware that I speak of a coming Apocalypse. I also speak of the True Human Aliens (T.H.A.) who are here to help us when the time comes. These T.H.A don’t speak with words. What the children in the video display is, thanks to the splicing of 1.5% of their DNA by T.H.A. 500 million years back with our forebears.

The T.H.A. have powerful mental abilities beyond our present comprehension. Humans who will be uplifted to their motherships will be connected telepathically to be told where to be and when. Your hearts will need to be open sufficiently, that your egos will have taken enough of a back seat to allow your imagination to provide you with the relevant information and then act on it. .

How to help ourselves to awaken and bring back our imagination into our lives

1. Awakening our imagination goes hand in hand with clearing the baggage of suppressed emotions we all carry. (I have spoken about this in numerous other articles).

2. We need to separate memory images that are static, from imagination images that are dream-like and fluid.

3. There will be times when we can go into a reverie, say lying by a brook, watching clouds, staring out of the window or listening to a piece of classical music. We are relaxed and memories from our past will surface and connect us with emotions that have been out of awareness, cultivate these moments to explore and release the images and emotions that surface.

4. Whenever you receive a letter or parcel spend a few moments where you relax, place the centre of your attention in your forehead about 1/2” inside your skull. See your letter parcel with your mind’s eye give yourself a little time to receive impressions from your emotions and let the ‘package’ morph and generate images in your mind as you experience the question “what is in here?” – Don’t expect miracles! Practice is all.

5. Pick up items from your environment such as different types of rock, pieces of wood, twigs, personal items of jewellery from others and find a quiet spot. Go into a reverie, as you give yourself permission for images, impressions, and feelings to be evoked within you as regards the life cycle of the object in question.

6. Listen to classical music, allow the music to evoke emotions, feelings and, focus on your 3rd eye – images.

7. To go to sleep cultivate an image, any image in your mind’s eye, and allow the image to morph and be independent of your conscious control, you will enter the dream stage and fall asleep.
