Ego & Soul Integration
Introductory Course
A 12-week online guided journey into who you truly are.
This programme isn't just a course, it's a structured path out of confusion, disconnection, or stagnation, and into clarity, self-understanding, and a grounded daily practice. Over 12 weeks, I bring together spirituality, psychoanalysis, alternative health, and guided meditation into something personal, practical, and deeply expansive.
What You'll Receive
- Short video lessons: one clear concept, teaching, or insight
- Guided meditation or walking practice: building week on week, simple, physical, and transformative
- Journalling prompts: to deepen and record your experience
- A weekly group call: to share your journey, breakthroughs and struggles, to connect with others walking the same path, to ask Sal questions
- A community space: to share your experiences and thoughts with your peers
- Optional Addition: 1-1 coaching sessions with Sal
The Journey
Coming Home to the Body
You'll begin with the simplest thing: a daily walk. Just noticing your feet, your breath, your posture, the tension you carry without realising it. From there you'll learn the inner smile meditation, proper breathing, and how to bring warmth and awareness to your own internal organs. Small, consistent practices that build a strong foundation most of us have never been taught.
Sensing Beyond the Physical
With that foundation in place, you'll start to explore the subtler layers: your bio-energetic field, and the body's true energy centres (not the abstract spheres of tradition, but the living segments of the body itself). You'll learn to carry this awareness into daily life, even out in the world among other people.
Meeting Yourself
In the final month, the walks become contemplative: Who am I? What is this sense of "me," and where does it come from? You'll sit with a series of guided meditations and begin turning inward, examining what you like and dislike about yourself, where those judgements were formed, and ultimately, learning to meet yourself with the same smile you've been practising all along.
What This Asks of You
This is a genuine commitment. You need to dedicate yourself to a daily practice, honest journalling, and a willingness to look closely at yourself for twelve weeks. You'll keep a journal throughout, and in the days before you begin, you'll be asked to reflect in writing on your life so far, your health and habits, and what you hope to get from the course. Course materials are shared weekly.
This course is fully online so you can join from anywhere in the world.
